Such a wonderful and helpful jewelry store. They went above and beyond to accommodate my special request. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for jewelry! The owner is very personable and involved in her store!

Wonderful customer service. I took my dad here to have some links removed from his watch. They were happy to help and were quick and efficient. They didn't ignore us just because we weren't there to spend big bucks like some jewelers. While we waited, we wandered around and looked at all the shiny treasures. They have beautiful pieces there and it's easy to see why their reviews are so good. When I'm in the market for a unique piece of jewelry, they will get my return business.

Jess was so nice to work with. All I had were some pictures of what I wanted for my fiance's engagement ring and she was able work from there with me to figure out what I really wanted. Jess's team custom built the ring and my fiance loves it. They also did a really good good job of working with me on timing which I was really thankful for.

Finch jewelers is by far the best jeweler in and around the Lancaster county area! The warm inviting atmosphere and friendly faces gives this place a totally different and much better vibe than the typical chain jewelry stores that are always pushing their promos and financing just to make a sale. Finch is knowledgeable and really help you narrow down your tastes and preferences.

I like that they work tirelessly to customize rings to what you want and are able to work with all types of budgets. I bought my fiance's engagement ring there and she absolutely loves it and the service that she gets with them. When she's out shopping she'll occasionally stop in to get it cleaned and they're always so nice and willing to help. We even noticed that one prong on her ring was damaged at some point and they offered to fix it right up for us.

We went on to buy 3 more rings from Finch - two gorgeous matching wedding bands for my fiance's ring, plus my own wedding band - and we really couldn't be happier with our purchase and overall experience. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else and I would absolutely recommend Finch to anyone every time!

After trying other jewelers over the years since we moved to Lancaster County, we finally found Finch's in October 2021 and felt right at home. Jessica Finch and others were very congenial, understanding, helpful, patient with our many questions concerning what we wanted and were very accommodating. I went to Finches looking for an engagement ring for my now fiance and was definitely not disappointed. I worked with Jess and Mindy to figure out some options, both were a pleasure to work with and very down to earth people. I had mostly worked with Jess and I had asked for some specifics in the ring that I was looking for. She sat down with me when I came into the store and explained to me the basics of diamonds and showed me what I was asking for in my ring to help me better understand what I was getting which was very very helpful. They got me my ring in a timely fashion and my fiance absolutely loves it! I loved working with Finches. I definitely recommend this place and will be going back again!

Jess and her team do fantastic work! As a family business, they know their customers by name and provide excellent service. I had my grandmothers rings redone- they got the designs perfect and recommended ideas I never even thought of! The only jewelry place we go!

Finch is an amazing company I have a perfect time with them. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and fun. I bought my engagement ring and built my wedding band with them. There was no judgment and they said "yes we can" to everything I asked. I asked if I could assist in making my wedding band and they were totally on board! While working on the ring I worked with Ron and met the rest of the workers in the back.

They were all so nice! Ron showed me all their equipment and these guys literally do everything in house. They really are a true custom jewelry company. Can't recommend them enough. Jess and Ron truly have a great family jewelry store with quality you could never believe!

They do not carry Movado watches like I was looking for. They have some nice Citizen Watches though.

Went in for a watch strap install and they identified some other minor issues with the watch. They provided a reasonable quote for repairs and completed them quickly while I was waiting. Overall I was pleased and would return.

If you haven't visited Jess at Finch Jewelers you need to. The new store is absolutely beautiful. Their unique layout allows you to see the designers working in the back. The selection is vast, and the pricing is well below anything you can find in the Mainline or Philadelphia. I drive over an hour from Philadelphia to shop here and it's worth it. Let's face it. Jewelry isn't cheap so you need to go with someone you can trust. It will save you time, frustration, and bottom line, money.

My husband has purchased some of the most beautiful jewelry from here, and we live in Philly - so he drives to Finch Jewelers in Lancaster due to finding better quality and pricing there as opposed to Jewelers Row in Philly. The lady he works with is Jess and she is absolutely wonderful and helpful. We always feel welcome here, they're not pushy at all, and customer service is great. Highly recommend.

I went to Ron Finch for engraving. The first time I ever called in, I spoke to one girl over the phone. Then the next day I called in, I spoke to a different girl and then spoke to Ron personally. I drove to Finch Jewelers that day and went over with Ron, what I wanted. Mr. Finch took the time with me one on one. I am really big on Customer Service and I just want to explain to y'all that Ron & ALL of the girls that I dealt with at Finch Jewelers are so nice, friendly, willing to help and just there for you.

When the work was done, I picked up my engraved item and met with Mr. Finch's daughter, stand up lady, gave me a big smile when I walked in the store. The price I payed for Ron's work was more than fair and I am very happy with the engraving (see photos). I will definitely come back to Finch Jewelers and you should too!

The only place I trust with my jewelry. Just went to the new location last night and they were so helpful. Such a beautiful place too! They are willing to spend time with you, explain what is going on, and give you a great piece of mind and art. Got my rings rhodium plated and settings checked and they now look brand new!

I was totally overwhelmed trying to some how merge my engagement ring with a ring of my grandmother. Jess was so helpful and creative. She gave lots of ideas and worked to get something that fit my taste. She showed me digital mock ups of the different designs and even a 3D printed ring. The end result was exactly perfect and Finch had so many wedding band options to choose from to compliment it. Couldn't recommend them more!

Jessica Finch and team do fantastic work! Finch is the only place I go! The entire staff provides outstanding customer service and knows their customers by name. This time I had a ring that needed resized. The ring was handed down to me and taken to another jeweler first. I wish I had a before picture. When I received the ring it was not in the shape of a circle.

I was told that the jeweler said there was no other way to size the ring down to fit me. Knowing that couldn't be right I took the ring to Jess. Today I picked it up and it's perfect! Fits like a glove! The band is seamless and even more beautiful than I imagined!

They are always willing to do whatever possible to be of service. They back their products and their work fully. My Husband and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Finch 10 years ago and have continued to do business with them exclusively.

I have heard far too many stories of horrible experiences (especially with the big chain stores like Kay) from people who give their money elsewhere. In 10 years I have never once had a single issue with my ring and they still look brand new. Finch also has a great in store selection! But if you can't find the perfect thing they do custom designs as well! Go see any of the wonderful folks at Finch- you'll feel great about your choice in staying local and love your purchase!
