Stopped in to try and get my ring reshaped, the only way they would do it is if I left it there until the main jeweler came to fix it, probably costing me money and definitely taking up some of my time.

I went to Warren Jewellers to purchase an engagement ring. I wanted to get a custom ring made, but with having no experience with jewelry, I had no clue what to look for or expect. Everyone was super helpful and very pleasant from the first step in the door. They were able to design and make exactly what I was thinking. They had the ring completed earlier than they said it would take.

The ring was a little big for my fiancees' finger (my mistake) so she took it to them on Monday evening to get resized; it is now Wednesday and she's back wearing it. I highly recommend Warren Jewellers and will definitely be going back for our future jewelry needs!

I know absolutely nothing about jewelry. I went to several places when I started looking for an engagement ring, and pretty much had the same experience at just about every place I went to: the employees spoke jewelry language that I didn't understand and I felt pressured into making a purchase. But then I went to Warren Jewelers. I could browse at my own pace, I never once felt hounded by the employees, and I never felt any pressure to make a purchase.

They explained everything in ways I could understand and had a lot of patience with my engagement ring indecisiveness. In the end, Warren Jewelers helped me design the perfect engagement ring (she said yes, by the way!) at a price I could afford. It's absolutely beautiful. They take pride in their work and their service is excellent. They are also LGBT friendly, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend Warren Jewelers.

Great customer service. They were equipped to get the correct measurements to resize a treasured ring which no longer fit due to a damaged knuckle. It was not enough to say" well that will suffice" when they were able to get the correct size, regardless of the amount of time it took. An excellent Jewelery store to shop.
