Super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. I recently had my Grandad's Waltham pocket watch refurbished and serviced. I couldn't have asked for more, from length of time, pricing and courteous service I don't think you'll find another shop within several counties with this caliber of service. BTW, my 111 year old watch looks awesome and keeps great time. THANK YOU AGAIN.

I've been in my share of jewelry stores in the past 25 or so years, but this one reminded me of one from back home in SC. Not a chain store, private owned, friendly, welcoming, warm and sincere. Beautiful jewelry selection, great deals and specials. Highly recommended! Brooke helped me, but they were all friendly and very helpful.

Is this really a jewelry shop? The messiest jewelry store I have every seen complete with a standee of Donald Trump. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Run, don't walk from these amateur jewelers. High pressure, tag teaming unscrupulous owner. Poor customer service. shifty pricing and merchandise. These are some very thirsty owners. Be prepared.

Had 4 rings coated and within weeks the coating came off and hadn't even worn 2 of them. Called and left msg but no one ever returned call. Very disappointed

Open for business during a pandemic. Greedy and irresponsible. To prioritize money over health at a time like this is ridiculous. Will never patronize your business again.

My family and I visited this store yesterday. We had things that we want to get rid of. First off, the gentle man wasn't a very friendly person. When he looked at the items he low balled everything! He ridiculed the jewelry shop. When we told he was low he said then take the other offer. When I said lets go and I quote" I'm just a jeweler I don't know what I'm talking about!" He was rude, disrespectful and I do support local businesses but will never ever support his! If this is the way you treat All your customers I'm surprised it's still open!

I drive from York Pa to see Bernie and the girls at Parkhill Jewelry! Bernie goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. The staff is excellent and definitely with the drive evert time! I highly recommend =
