Welch & Co. Jewelers was established in 1997. Daniel Welch, the president, has been in the jewelry business since 1980 in the Central New York area. He worked for a major national jewelry chain for 15 years and a local department store for 5 years before creating Welch & Co. Jewelers.Welch & Co. Jewelers relies on Dan's 40 plus years experience in the jewelry industry selling jewelry, buying jewelry, and for the last 25 years, designing, repairing, and creating jewelry.Dan is not the only expert at Welch & Co. Luz Welch has 30 years experience in the jewelry business and works along side Dan daily.

At Welch & Co Jewelers our entire staff of professionals do FREE ring cleaning and inspecting everyday regardless of where your ring was purchased. Welch & Co Jewelers provides INSURANCE APPRAISALS performed by a GIA certified gemologist (by appointment only). We buy scrap gold and precious metals. We appraise and purchase Estate Jewelry and diamonds. We suggest calling ahead to be sure someone is available that is authorized to make purchases.

Danny and Luz are great to work with! This past year, they designed a custom engagement ring for my wife unlike anything I had seen before, and both of our wedding bands. I just ordered the perfect pair of earrings for her birthday. I highly recommend working with Welch & Co. So long as yall are open, I won't be going anywhere else for my jewelry related gifts.

Big thanks to Welch & Co Jewelers for making our wedding ring shopping so enjoyable. Their customer service and attention to detail are fantastic here! Throughout our entire experience, we consulted with two staff members and one of the owners. Everyone was incredibly friendly and listened to our needs. We purchased a piece of estate jewelry for my ring and ordered one of their specialty bands for my husband.
We had some issues with sizing for my husband (we ordered a size smaller than what he ended up needing - not the fault of Welch & Co by any means), but the staff was there to help every step of the way. The resizing process was super straightforward and easy. We are grateful for everyones' knowledge and guidance. Oh, and I'll definitely be back to look at their great estate jewelry options. Some beautiful pieces in those cases.

Exceptional customer service in a difficult situation. My wife and I had a semi-emergency situation this evening and Welch and Co went above and beyond to help us out. We showed up at 2:50 PM, about 10 minutes before they close. Everyone stayed until almost 330 to help us out. Couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, especially considering our emergency wasn't going to end in a sale for them. Thank you all so much and we will find a way to thank you properly!

My mother had a stunning moonstone and sapphire ring. Upon her passing I wanted to gift my daughters a similar ring as they both adored their grandmother and her ring. Luz took pictures of the original ring and recreated it. Not only were her creations beautiful but perfectly crafted. I cannot recommend Welch and co Jewelery highly enough. Their personal service is beyond compare.

Great customer service. I found the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands and the price was right each time. They provide personal hands on assistance and never pressure me into buying anything.
