Gorgeous jewelery, amazing custom pieces! Downside is that they are overly expensive, and the sales people are a bit snooty if you don't look rich.

My husband and I got our wedding rings at Egon, and I would highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs! My husband also got my engagement ring there, so I go back every 6 months to have my ring checked and clean. Everyone is always very friendly and easy to work with!

I took my wife's ring there to get a missing diamond replaced. They had it fixed in 15 mins for a reasonable price. Customer service is out of this world. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Due to medical issues, I haven't worn my wedding band and engagement in over a year. I knew that it was much harder to size a ring up than down, so that is why I hesitated to take them in to be fixed. Upon arrival at Egon, I was treated with nothing but the best customer service by Tabetha and staff. They were wonderful and they really took into consideration my concerns about my ring. I received my rings in brand new condition, like the day I first brought them home! Hands down best jeweler!

Always such friendly and helpful staff. I needed my palladium band made smaller and they were able to do it over my lunch break and tightened and polished my other ring as well. I don't think they've looked so good since they were purchased 13 years ago!

Parents have been coming here for years to get fine jewelry. I have received several pairs of earrings from here and they are great quality and last forever!

Horrible experience and customer service. Tammy (not sure her position) was extremely rude. I went into to get an estimate on creating a ring for an engagement and was treated like an idiot. I've been to four other store prior to this and have had great experiences at everyone. They've sat me down shown me different things and left me well informed. Don't waste your time with this jewelry store.

I reached out to Egon to have a piece of custom jewelry made from an old family heirloom, a ring and an old tie pin belonging to my grandfather. From the start, they were friendly, engaged, and asked me many questions to ensure it was made to my specifications, which put me at ease, since I was very nervous about parting with the heirloom and ensuring it came out how I envisioned it.

The price they charged me was also very reasonable and affordable, which of course made me very happy. The finished product took a little over a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. They even buffed the scratches out, which I thought was very kind of them! The finished product looks better than the individual pieces ever did! All of the staff spoke to me kindly, asking if I was satisfied, which I absolutely was. This was my first experience with having custom jewelry made, and the staff made it an absolute delight. I heartily recommend them for all your custom jewelry needs!

Mother's little ring her mother's ring before that simple little stone re-banding to match to shine new and reflecting the past still moves here but, alas, I can't 'see what a jeweler does see I don't have the eye' Still, a triangle isn't a circle, as gold is not silver or bronze I came here for help but he's not able to see the soul that lives here

I stopped in to get a family piece cleaned and they were so nice. I learned a lot about jewelry from a brief visit. I looked around at things for sale while I was there and there was a range from classic to modern. I will definitely go back when I have purchases in mind.

I had procrastinated getting my pearls restrung for my wedding, but they squeezed me in quickly. The pearls are restrung in-house and were perfect. I also got the strand shortened. The customer service was fantastic! I am so happy and plan to come back at some point in the future.
