Mark created this beautiful band of sapphires for me based on a picture I only showed him once. He chose the exact color of sapphire I described. Alexis is very kind and great to work with too. I absolutely love it.

I have purchased several pieces from Hayden, many right out of their display cases. Their selection is enormous and customer service is top notch! Several years ago, I brought Mark Hayden a bunch of different sized diamonds handed down from my mother and both grandmothers. He designed the most beautiful ring, encompassing many of the stones, and also made diamond earrings for my son and niece.

These pieces are one of a kind and treasured. Last week. I made a visit to Mark again with the hope that he could replicate a diamond wedding band I bought years ago elsewhere. Hayden's is the best! My finace purchased my engagement ring from another local jeweler, about a month after he proposed we started having some concerns about the setting the diamond was in, it was getting snagged on everything and becoming loose. Our original jeweler insisted nothing was wrong with it and it was common. After multiple recommendations to take it to Hayden's for a second opinion, we finally did.

Mark offered to take my diamond out and completely customize a new ring. The final ring turned out better than I could have imagined. Our experience at Hayden's was so welcoming and professional. My Dad and my grandmother unfortunately passed away and I was left their diamond rings. I personally don't like to wear rings but I wanted to have this ring made into a special ring for my wife. Mark was able to design and make a ring that was so beautiful and so beyond my expectations. My wife was absolutely blown away and could not believe how beautiful it turned out.

We came in to replace the center stone in my wedding set. Mike made it so easy and stress free. We told him what we thought we wanted and he guided us on finding the perfect fit. He then made sure my ring was fully serviced and appraised in a timely manner before we picked it up. Would 100% work with him and Hayden Jewelers again!

Truly amazing experience! Alexis personally handled our entire order and was a delight to work with. We ordered an engagement ring and necklace pendant. We decided we wanted both to be 100% custom made. No details were spared in the design process. Our pendant added a family diamond in the center, and the engagement ring built completely from scratch took less than 2 weeks! Excellent experience by a great family run business. Highly recommend!

My fiance bought me a beautiful ring from another jeweler who went out of business. The head of my ring was up high and snapped when I bumped it on my dryer. I went to Hayden Jeweler's for help and Mark was amazing! He didn't only design a new band to be sure the head of my ring would be more stable but also gave me an extremely fair price and outstanding customer service! Incredible jewelry and amazing staff. Everyone at Hayden was very friendly and welcoming to me from the minute I walked in the door to order my girlfriends Christmas gift to the moment I picked it up. I had a great experience at Hayden Jewelers! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The diamond on my engagement ring was loose so I left it with them to have the ring tightened, checked and cleaned. They did it in half the time expected and did a beautiful job! I am very pleased with the quality of jewelry and selection of engagement ring settings/wedding band settings in this store. Mark and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mark's attention to detail and knowledge of diamonds makes you feel at ease. I live in South Carolina and couldn't find anyone I liked with a good selection of ring settings.

Upon my ( walk in) visit to Hayden Jewelers Mark took the time to show me many different ring settings and allowed me time to pick out my ring at my own pace. Been getting our jewelry from Hayden for years great staff, great family & an overall great experience

Mark spent so much time with me picking out my new engagement ring and wedding band. We picked out something that was unique and one of his own designs. He custom made it to the diamond that was in my old engagement ring. So happy with his designs. customer service and price. I live in Boston and the price for a new ring set was astronomical and the quality was lacking! So happy with Haydens!

My husband and I have been customers for a decade now. The jewelry selection is diverse and they are more than willing to help customize something for you. For the most part, customer service is excellent. In my opinion, Katie is by far the best staff there. It's always nice to catch up with her when I bring my rings in for inspection. She has a good memory when it comes to previous purchases and preferred styles. The price points are on par with other local jewelers. They are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Mark Hayden and his staff are absolutely incredible. They are patient, kind and fun to work with. They recommend product that are in your price range, and are not looking for the "big sale". Hayden jewelers is a great place to buy jewelery. Mark Hayden is an extremely taleneted and detail oriented jeweler, and a consumate professional in his transactions. He is supported by a great staff, who are always helpful and ensure you get exactly what you want. So happy I was recommended to shop here a few years back for my wifes engagement ring and then our bands.

I worked with Katie to choose the stone for the engagement band, she was very helpful and wasn't frustrated at all by my questions and the time I took to find the Perfect stone (I think I was probably pretty annoying). Once we found the stone, I had a unique design I was hoping to incorporate in the setting. We needed the band to sit up against a wedding band (yet to be designed) but which I had in my mind.

Mark helped to take what my wife and I had in our minds and put it on paper and then made them into matching wedding bands. Wherever we go we receive compliments on our bands. Needless to say, Mark does beautiful work. When you are in the market for something special definitely stop here.
