Bradley's father, Fred, was a jeweler for many years in the Syracuse, NY area, and his grandfather, Harry, was a long-time jeweler in Brooklyn, NY. Brad graduated from Syracuse University in 1975. A piano/education major, he taught music in North Syracuse Central Schools for three years, before opening his first jewelry store.
