I have been in their shop for a few different occasions, but this last visit was by far the best experience! My son wanted to buy me a ring and knew exactly what he wanted to get me. He was adamant on what he was getting and they were nothing, but amazing with him. They asked him questions and went through their inventory to find the best fit. We came out with a win! I can't thank them enough! We will be back.

I purchased gift certificates at a charity auction. Sometimes with those types of gift certificates you are treated as a nuisance rather than a customer. Not here! I received timely informative replies to my e-mailed questions, and within two weeks had my order completed! Excellent service and quality product! Love the keychains!

I cannot say enough things about how wonderful Bradley's Jewelers is. I was so impressed by their customer service and the overall experience. In addition to purchasing a beautiful ring which was sized the same day, Bradley also Rhodium Plated my Wedding Set which I was able to pick up the next day and it looks brand new. If you want or need an amazing jewelry experience, don't go anywhere else!

The owner is very nice and professional. Very accomodating. I needed some help with figuring out the value of a few pieces and an appraisal on the pieces I kept. All was accomplished in one day. I was impressed. Other jewelry stores would only appraise if you bought there. Not Bradley's!

Enough can not be said for the personal attention and positive experience we had at Bradley's Jewelers. Brad and his wife Valerie are not only amazing at what they do but also compassionate, genuine and kind. We were brought up to Syracuse due to a very unexpected death in our family. In the days following it was very clear that one thing needed to help feel some comfort was a piece of jewelry to bond and connect the one we lost with the one left behind.

While always married in the heart, they never had the chance to exchange rings. Valerie and Brad helped us every step of the way. They helped us find the right, metal, the right design, the right fit. they hugged us, laughed with us and cried with us. When there weren't rings that matched exactly, Brad was able to take a similar (but more appropriately size/style) and make them match.

You could tell they had in depth knowledge of all their products and were truly great jewelers. They made us all feel so comfortable and somehow made a horrible time, a bittersweet memory. If you want a personal, top of the line experience look no further than Bradley's Jewelers. They are some of the best people I have ever met running a wonderful business I will order from any opportunity I have.
