The founder and CEO of Don Roberto Jewelers opened the 1st store in downtown Stockton, Calif. in 1972. Downtown Stockton at that time was the old fashion central valley district. Our clients did not have the funds to pay the cash for the merchandise we had. We developed a credit easy payment system so our customer could afford to purchase the merchandise in our cases.

My fiance purchased this ring for me in July 2020. It was such a nice surprise and a beautiful and classy design. Less than six months later the diamond fell out completely and was lost. For a $1200 investment Don Roberto had nothing but bad attitude in response to our phone call. There's nothing they can do for you if the jewelry you purchase for them is faulty or defective in anyway. I've had jewelry from the time I was young and so I've had my fair share of cheap jewelry.
Sorry to say but the ring from Don Roberto falls into that category now. I do not recommend spending your money here. Take your business elsewhere because they have no policy to accommodate you or correct their mistakes. Just to confirm, I hardly wore the ring. As I was pregnant and my fingers were swollen and I did not fit into the ring itself. After I had the baby I might have worn it for three months before it fell off. Go elsewhere, this place sucks. $1200 down the drain in less than 6 months.

Really WORST place to buy gold! My husband buy our weddings rings over there, well surprise his ring is cracking and got different color! They said white gold with the time it's like the normal gold (just 3 months he buy it) yellow, but I definitely don't believe that! And also they don't give you warranty you have to buy for extra money, when all other jewelry stores give you the warranty with out extra pay! The rings are really expensive and I'm going to take the rings to other store so they can told me if it's real 14K gold! Don't coming to this place!

Best place to get ears pierced! I took my 4 month old baby to get her ears pierced and she hardly cried. Roberto helped me out and was fast and affectionate with my baby. He gave me instructions of after care and how to avoid infection. It was rather quick and smooth situation. I have taken my two girls to this place in eastridge and recommend it. I went to the eastridge mall. They have a variety of earrings and are 100% gold.

Not quite 5 stars but very close so giving them the full 5. I been a customer for about 3 years now. I like the selection they have in jewelry. A bit pricy but great place to start to build your credit, they report to all 3 credit bureaus. Marisela is my go to person, she is very nice and helpful. She's very attentive and always keeps your best interest in mind.
She makes me feel like a real customer she cares and doesn't see me as another sale another dollar. I went to pick out my engagement ring not too long ago and she helped me pick out the perfect ring (not the most expensive one, but the one she knew I would love) she makes this jewelry store that much better to shop at. I like that you can purchase warranty for a fraction of the cost and it gives you protection for your items for 3 years. (They will fix or replace your item for free) best perk of this place.
My daughter has gone through like 5 pairs of earrings and I didn't have to pay for replacements. Now the reason why I would take a bit of one star away is because as we all know sometimes "life" happens and for whatever reason we fall a little behind on our payments or I simply forget with all that goes on and they call and call and call until you make the payment. The lady that calls can be rude at times but other than that all is good. Take my word for it and when you go ask for Marisela she will take care of you!

BE AWARE, don't shop in this place, they are thieves in the business, jewelry is over priced and also if you finance the interest rates are so high, check other places before you shop here, I use to be a client but never again, I just find out from my Credit report the recently check my Credit with out my permission, last Time I did business with them was 10 years ago, and the message pop up from credit karma app they recently check my credit on October second, I will make a dispute about that, they cannot check my credit with out my permission or authorization. do not trust you personal information to this low ethical business.

If I could give their business 0 stars I would. They will convince you to buy a really expensive Insurance for your jewelry. If you loose you they will make you wait over a year putting it off saying their "corporate hasn't decided if its a valid reason" even though you have a police report that clearly states that your car got broken into with your engagement ring in it.
I think its so stupid how even everytime we would check up on them to see if it was approved they would still try to upgrade you just because they knew you had already paid off the ring. reason why it was such a long process is because they were so irresponsible and kept losing the police report copies we keep providing for them. They're so Unorganized. worse part is that my engament ring was almost $4,000 and now that's $4,000 thrown down the trash.
Now I am about to get married and guess what? NO RING! and $4,000 less in my pocket for my wedding. It's seriously a horrible situation. I would just advise not to purchase anything from this company or this location. Oh and one more thing. Do not be 1 or 2 days late on your payment because they will harass you as if you like no other. I'm seriously so irritated with them. So honestly if you want to buy yourself or your future wife any jewelry don't go to a Don Robertos. I'm trying to save you a heartache!

We took my fiance's wedding band here to be resized (made bigger). It had an engraving and we were really worried about having it resized. When we brought it here, the owner assured us that if the engraving got messed up, they would replace it. She said there was also a chance that the karat marking would be messed up. Well, yesterday we went to pick it up and everything is perfect!
The karat marking AND the original engraving were still in perfect condition. And, the ring fits! EXTREMELY FAIR PRICES and great customer service. We will be back for our jewelry needs :)
