Some really awful customer service here. We bought approximately 6-8 different pieces for our wedding and they wrecked one bracelet, failed to repair it, argued with us, and were generally rude. One employee, Paige, went way above and beyond to help us and she was extra, extra, friendly and competent. They have really nice merchandise but their staff are so rude I will not shop there ever again. Paige, thank you for everything, you single handedly saved our wedding in the face of insurmountable pushback. They ought to fire all these employees and make Paige the regional manager.

They do not stand behind their products. This was a go to jewelry store because my wife and I got married in Hawaii. I have bought a decent amount of jewelry from them. I quit buying from them when I bought my wife a palm tree pendant with necklace. I bought the more expensive one with mother of pearl palm leaves. After having it for a few months one of the pearl leaves fell out.
They would not repair unless I paid. Their excuse was that my wife probably showered with it on which she didn't. I reluctantly paid and after the repair, it fell out again which is when I decided i would never buy from them again.

My Fiance and I picked out my engagement ring at Na Hoku, everybody was so friendly. Specially our sales lady Diana she was great! Very patient and knowledgeable. We came back a few times to make sure that was the ring I wanted. I found a beautiful ring that resembles the ocean! Diana also made sure that our ring would be over nighted in time for the proposal weekend. And it was. the weekend of the 10th was so special for me and never forget it! Thank you!
