Shady people working here. Be very careful when buying any sort of jewelry from them. My husband bought my engagement ring here back in November of 2019 and Vahan told us the ring came GIA certified which it didn't. Instead he told us it does come with a AGS certification, which we were fine with. He emailed me a copy of the AGS certification and I thought nothing of it until today.

I never got to have the ring appraised but today I went in to see a gemologist and I found out some alarming news. What we originally thought was a Cushion brilliant E color & SI1 clarity ring was actually an H color & SI1 ring. The reason we found out was because the certification he sent to us didn't match the laser inscription on the diamond. He charged us for an E color diamond when we were sold an H color and on top of that he sent us a fake certification.

I've called multiple times asking for a receipt and they won't provide me one. They told me they don't keep receipts from 2019. I've always had issues with them but I never thought they would stoop to this level. Pretty pathetic for a "reputable" jeweler. You're better off going to downtown, you'll have a lower probability of being scammed like me.

I was shopping around for a couple of months for a 5ct oval when my friend recommended Dejaun. I walked in and started talking with the owners Mike and Michael. They brought in a stone that was exactly what i wanted. Being a huge purchase i continued to do my due diligence and continued shopping around but i found nothing better in quality or price. They've earned my business for life.

We had three rings that were gifted to us for Mother's Day (myself, my mother-in-law, and my mother), that needed to be resized. We took them to several places to see if they would resize them and often the remark was, "no, we do not work on jewelry that is not our own". Joseph Jewelry saved us - they took the rings, added metal to them to size them down.

They even gave me a small discount because instead of one ring, I told them I would ask them to do all three rings. The work was done beautifully - we are very happy with our rings.

Amazing showroom, came for the selection of Tag Heuer and walked out Carrera Calibre with a black aligator strap. Michael is great!

I have received several pieces of jewlery from De Juan jewlery. The jewlery is exquisite and very high quality. Michael did an exceptional job showing all the pieces I was interested in purchasing. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I definetly recommend this store for all your jewlery needs

In the last few months of my husband dying of Cancer, he took his Breitling watch for service/repair at Dejuan Jewelers When he went to pick it up, Dejuan had STOLEN his upgraded gold w/ diamond face plate from his watch and replaced a stainless steal face place on. Even after we told the mgmt and the owners and showed PROOF with a close-up photo of my husband wearing the watch, they denied and did nothing.

If I wasn't so broken w/ his death and 2 children in Elementary school, I would have sued them. They are THIEVES and NO ONE should EVER do business with such CROOKS! The only way I can post this is to attach a star that they DO NOT DESERVE.

I brought two rings here to get sizes. One was my engagement ring so I was sad to see it go. They were helpful and called when they thought that a diamond needed replacing on the side to see if I was interested. They weren't sure if it needed replaced or if it was just dirty. Turns out it was just dirty. The sales person who helped me sized me well but I hate rings that are too tight. So, even though she told me I should get a size 7 I decided i knew better and got a 1/4 size bigger. She knew what she was talking about and I've regretted my own decision ever since. I plan on going back for another resizing as my fingers get smaller.
