I got engaged during COVID and it was extremely hard to find any store that would help me with getting a ring. Q &T was able to help me during this extremely turbulent time and gave me such an amazing discount on my.5 carat diamond and band. Their diamond ring work is incredible and unique. I moved out of the state when I got married and haven't been back in two years.

I recently went back as I'm visiting home, and got my ring cleaned for free. They remembered me and let me try on a diamond stacking ring, which I fell in love with as well. Received that on a discount too. Overall have loved my experience in this store!

I was very happy with the service I received. I had a broken necklace clasp That needed repair. I was there 15 mins and the necklace was repaired and cleaned The price was good and employees polite I recommend this jewelry store based off of my experience today.

Q&T Jewelry re-sized my class ring just in time for my first clinical rotation! It was a delight working with them; I would certainly recommend and trust this shop for all your jewelry needs.

Quick service. Brought my gold chain in on a Sunday to fix a link and it was repaired by Wednesday. They called me once between those days to provide an update, not sure if this is normal but appreciated. Total cost was around $27, about minimum price for the start of any jewelry repair for this shop. Chain looks good, I'm happy!

I've been a customer of QT Jewelry for about 5 years. The staff and owners are always very personable and helpful. NEVER had a bad experience. I recently brought in a design for ring that I wanted to have made. One of the owners spent about an hour with me helping me to turn my design into a reality! The result was absolutely incredible! Q&T customized my engagement and wedding rings by circling my beautiful Radiant Diamond (that we purchased from them) with a halo of diamonds from my late mother's ring. There are no words to express how much that means to me. Dropped by to have the prongs on my rings checked and while we waited I saw an amazing necklace and my husband instantly purchased it for me.

They have a large selection of beautiful unique pieces. I had never heard of a London Topaz and now I own one. You can't beat their quality, pricing, and outstanding service.

I went in wanting to get a chain attached to a piece of rock in the shape of a thunderbird. I had it for a while and drilled the hole myself. He looked at me like I was crazy when I wanted two rings attached to orient it. He reluctantly fixed it for 32$. I'm not sure if that was fair or not.

Mine and my fiance's rings are all from here! I can't say enough good things about this family owned small business. They are so kind & take pride in what they do. I get compliments 247 & can't wait to wear my band as well!

Watch out! These folks ruined my Citizen Dive Watch! Took it to them to have the battery replaced and pressure tested. It flooded in the first 20 feet of water. Just saying. Then they even refused to refund the cost of the battery/ testing!

I'm so glad I found this place. My wife's favorite necklace was tangled beyond recognition. Seriously, I still don't know how she did it. Well anyway, I searched on Google and this place was the closest. It's a bit tiny so I had reservations thinking they might have high prices in order to stay open. I walked in and was greeted by a very charming lady all smiles and very pleasant. Told her about my ordeal and suggested maybe it just might be easier to buy a new chain.

While chatting she ducked in the back to speak to the jeweler I suppose about the repair. She came back and said not only was the repair possible but that they would have it done very soon. Elated I told them to take their time. They called back one hour later saying it was done. I couldn't believe the speed at which it was done and was beyond excited to get this done before Christmas! I will certainly be back with other repairs that I need in the future and very highly recommend them to anyone needing help.

Not enough great things to say about the team at Q&T Jewelry. After having an awful experience with a family jeweler in Florida, we came to Q&T to purchase a bridal set (engagement ring and wedding band) and Peter and Natalie were fantastic every step of the way. In fact, we had to run an insurance claim and chose Q&T as our jeweler. To say they were professional and kind is an understatement.

They are extremely patient and want you to have the best piece of jewelry to match your budget and taste. I highly recommend a visit and that you give them your business when choosing a jeweler. And their prices and knowledge CAN'T be beaten!

Called and spoke to them and asked if they had a specific watch band in stock, they did. I wanted to replace my old cheap NATO strap and wanted a higher quality one. Amazing customer service! I will recommend Q&T Jewelry to everyone. I visited them today to ask if they would fix a broken chain on a costume-jewelry necklace. I did not purchase the necklace there; however, they fixed it for no charge! I was a little embarrassed to bring my costume-jewelry necklace into their store because they carry beautiful pieces made of precious gems.

Great store and great people. You can shop at a big box jewelry store and pay high prices for mediocre jewelry or go to Q&T and get great jewelry, that's one of a kind at a great price as well. Oh, and did I mention they have a jeweler on duty! My first choice and first stop when I need something nice or repaired for my wife or myself!

Went in today to see if they could repair a Kendra Scott necklace I damaged. Took about a minute and they didn't charge me. It was wonderful. My family has taken several watches in for service and have never been disappointed

The Best and most Honest Jeweler you will EVER Find. I found them and had a couple special items made. I added two of them for you to see what kind of quality service Peter and his wife provide. I had a 36 carat Swiss blue Topaz made into a pendant. I also had my Tiffany's dog tag engraved with a special meaning. I love them both and the price was so good on top of it! Just cant say enough good things about these people!

Do NOT use this jeweler! Buyer beware. This original posting was removed from this site. I went to show this post to someone, and saw that is was removed. He is a con-artist who lied in court about work that was to be done in creating a new wedding ring. He was supposed to have created a matching wedding ring to fit my $14k engagement ring made out of platinum, and instead melted down the platinum from the engagement ring to make the 2nd ring. Not what was promised or what was supposed to be done.

I was referred to Q & T when a battery store couldn't get the battery out of my telemetry strap/heart rate monitor. Q & T was able to get it open and change the battery in no time flat! Since then, I've brought in watches, necklaces, and bracelets for repair, and the service has been beyond stellar! I've purchased jewelry there as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about Holly and all the staff at Q & T! Highly recommended!

This jewelry store is really exceptional. They have the most gorgeous custom pieces. I went in today with the idea of getting my parent's wedding rings reset in one piece. I then decided to redo my own wedding set with a unique cushion cut halo setting.so beautiful! Both of those will take several weeks. So, as I was about to leave I spotted this gorgeous sapphire custom piece. I just had to have it. This is a top notch jewelry store, with everything done in house. Super nice people working there, too!

You will not find a more honest jeweler. I took a watch in to get repaired and was planning on paying close to 300 based on other estimates. I was very surprised when the owner said I did not need the work that the others were stating. He could have easily charged me close to 300.00 but all it cost was 55.00 to fix. I will not buy my jewelry or get repairs done anywhere else.

I took in jewelry to be refashioned into a new ring. It turned out beautifully. I'm very happy with the craftsmanship and service.

I can't say enough good things about this local business! My husband Todd has been buying me jewelry here for years. We also take all of our jewelry / watch repairs here. I had my tanzanite and diamond. wedding band created here and was surprised by my husband recently with a breath-taking turquoise and chocolate diamond ring with matching pendant that were also both made at Q&T. Their customer service is exceptional and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.
