Copeland has amazing staff! Very communicative and friendly. I needed my ring prongs to be more comfy and they did an outstanding job fixing it! They had it done earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier : thank you!

Oh. My. Goodness! First of all, the service was wonderful from the very beginning. You walk in the door and people welcome you warmly. I needed my engagement ring sized way, way down, and the whole process was explained to me (from the cleaning to the re-plating to the cleaning again). Pricing and timing were also clearly stated. Pricing seemed very fair (though I'm not working with any standard of comparison-- it was way less than I expected it to be): As for timing, I was quoted a week but told not to be surprised if I got a call on Monday or Tuesday (the ring was dropped off on Friday).

What DID surprise me was getting a call Saturday morning to let me know the work was done and the ring was ready to be picked up. Y'all, I can't even tell there was work done to it except that it finally fits! There is nothing that visibly indicates this isn't exactly how my ring was from the very beginning. I'm ashamed to say in my excitement I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was wonderful (and even greeted me by name when I came back in to get the ring). I simply cannot rave enough about the service and quality of work here. I'll be coming back for all of my jewelry-related needs.

I continue to be impressed with them. They are always so sweet and accommodating - I dont live in Texas these days, but I go there for all my jewelry repairs when Im visiting my family in Austin. They work with me to get the repairs done before I have to leave town. Their repairs/resizes are always done with high-quality workmanship.

Clay was a pleasure to work with! A master jeweler, he worked on my vintage engagement ring that other jewelers wouldn't touch and took the time to answer all of our questions. It came out beautiful; my wife is happy and so am I. Everybody in the shop is first-rate, as is their merchandise.

When I got engaged to my husband I received my grandmother's engagement ring which is so special to me. Unfortunately, my grandma fell and chipped the diamond and cracked the setting. I researched every jeweler in austin to find someone to repair it. I went to 7 jewelry stores and talked with them about what to do with the ring (because the diamond was chipped, I would have had to have a significant amount of the diamond removed to fix the chip and make it even with the rest of the diamond). Copeland was the 8th jewelry store I visited.

We talked a lot about my grandma's ring and for the sake of preserving it, we decided to fix the setting but not the diamond. And I'm so glad we decided not to fix the diamond. It would have looked completely different. Copeland will forever be my go to for repairing my jewelry. I trust them and their opinion!

Clay Copeland and his crew are awesome. I've been doing business with them going on 10 years now. Always super helpful, very patient with questions, very creative, and truly care about their customers. And, they're always wiling to clean your jewelry or re-size a watchband. You feel like you're part of the family, not just a customer walking through the door.

I came across Copeland Jewelers while looking for an Austin custom jewelry designer to re-create my grandmothers wedding ring for my wedding. I spoke with the owner (named Clay, and his wife also works at the store, named Debra) about what I wanted and told him I only had a photo to go by. He was absolutely fabulous. When it comes to jewelry stores Austin has no shortage of choices, but when you're searching for someone to do something like a wedding, not just any Austin jewelry designer can do what you need.

I was so lucky to find Clay and Copeland Jewelers, as he was able to make my replica wedding ring to my exact specifications, even only using my descriptions and the photo. He worked with me through every step of the process, and had everything done well before I needed it, which made me stress about the wedding! For me, Copeland Jewelers is the only jeweler that offers the (almost obsolete) style of business that offers true customer service, quality of inventory, and variety of options - with no sales pressure. Typically, it can be a bit daunting to shop for jewelry or need a repair, because you're never quite sure if you're getting gouged on pricing.

Not here. Both Clay Copeland (the owner) and Katy worked with me to modify an existing platinum ring I had. They gave me a few options of what could be done, from a very affordable fix to a high-end fix. I went with the former, and they delivered the finished product with the same genuine care, graciousness and professionalism that I would have expected if I had of picked the most expensive option.

I really feel they aren't in this business for the money, but for the satisfaction of meeting people's dreams regarding jewelry and for the satisfaction of a job well done. And it's a bonus that Clay does all his work on site, so my ring never left the premises.

I have been a customer of Copeland Jewelers for about 7 years. I am always impressed with the quality and designs selected for the jewelry they carry. I love simple, elegant and unique designs. Over the years, Clay, the owner, along with his other craftsmen have been successful in taking stones that I have selected and in creating wonderful settings with great features, like a pin convertible to a pendant, or combining two types of earrings into one earring set, or identifying stones for earrings that match a necklace, or working with a unique stone and a string of pearls to create an adjustable pendant necklace.

The most recent experience dealt with a damaged ring where the stone had been cracked. Clay was able to find a stone and have it shaped to fit the original design of the ring. When he found that the setting was not secure and would not support the small ring of inset diamonds, he was able to develop an approach to create the secure setting for the stone and apply the diamonds in a different design in the base.

It looks spectacular, even better than the original ring. Hopefully, when you go to the store, you will get to meet Clay. Be assured that his sales staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Once they get to know you, they are excellent in finding just the right jewelry for you or your loved one.

Copeland Jewelers beats them all with one hand tied behind its back. Clay Copeland is by far the most patient and helpful jeweler I've encountered in Austin.

As I browsed through settings, he asked insightful questions about my girlfriend's tastes, offered sound advice, and explained potential problems that I hadn't considered before. He deftly answered my questions regarding every aspect of the ring's design - in fact I learned more from Clay than anyone else I'd spoken to over the course of my search.
