Talk about RUDE and ArrogantI've known of Michelle's business for many years and delt with her on several occasions including giving her some of my business with a few purchases. Now after I called her on the phone a couple years ago and remember she was Rude and Rushy talking a mile a minute and Not really listening as I was searching for some advice on a piece I had but got nowhere quick as I regrettably did the same/similar foolish thing with her again now recently and had a feeling she didn't change and oh by the way she again was No help and after finally quiting her down for a moment on the phone this LAST time I actually may have taught her something about jewelry Give your money to another local jeweler that will be kind, appreciative and professional. If you Not constantly throwing your money at her ONLY then she wants nothing to do with you either.

Bought my sister a necklace for Christmas and she accidentally broke it, since Michelle's is my local jeweler decided to stop by to see if she can fix it for me. No problem except she had a negative nasty attitude complaining, "This is what happens when you buy cheap hollow jewelry" not to mention I tried to do the right thing by getting my 15 year old sister her first real gold rope.

Thank you for the insult when I worked for that. Then when taking my jewelry she dropped the clasp. When I got home I called back almost right away and decided I didn't want to give this store my money and said I have some protection on it I'm going to take it back to where I got it, really because they had nothing nice to say and had horrible attitudes.

When I went to pick up my jewelry they didn't return the clasp (when she had admitted to dropping it 10 minutes earlier) her response to me asking for my clasp was, "you have coverage on it so why does it matter anyway". This establishment is horrible, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in every way. Michelle had a good name for herself but this isn't the first time I've walked in there and received attitude and nasty comments about everything I have to say.

Repeat customer over many years to purchase and sell pieces Michelle always honest and fair! Trust her after many transactions over 16+ years!

Michelle owner is extremely rude and condescending, acts like she doesn't need or want business. Will never give her any of my business.

I went there for a watch battery, not the nicest with friendly customer service. By the end of the day my watch which is waterproof, was all fogged up, the back was not snapped on properly. I had to get another battery and hope my watch will be alright. Wouldn't go there for anything!

Clean and always bright. The jewelry is a little more expensive then other places around. I am Not a jeweler and don't know the difference between gold earrings that she makes and the gold earrings others make but I do know that being in her establishment the jewelery shimmers a little more and looks beautiful. The owner is a little hesitant to open the door but it is mastic I understand fully. Go in and check it out I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

My friend and I went to this establishment with loose diamonds and a bent up gold ring. She picked up all the diamonds at once, gave them a quick glance and said they were all fake. When in fact 5 of the tiny diamonds were real and one was.30 karats and real. As for the gold ring, she had said it was about 10 karats and offered me $75.00, when in fact it was 14 karats because I had taken it to a different jeweler that had already appraised it and offered me $150.00 but couldn't buy it from me because the initials weren't mine.

So I damaged the ring and took it to her. She is not honest to say the least. When you first walk into her store, her smile is not geniune and she gives off a vibe like your bothering her. I definitely do not recommend this establishment for any of your jewelry needs.

My parents have been going for close to 8 years Michelle cares about every order and purchase and inspects each piece and gives approval before it is given to the customer all the jewelry is fantastic best place to go

They are horrible they all have attitudes, they rush you out of the store and they gave me a scratched up ring I only had it for 2 days and they said it wasn't scratched when I've gotten it! Go somewhere else for your own good! Seriously the worst place to go that's mastic for you!
