Absolutely love this place! I've gotten piercings done twice, and my boyfriend and I are looking at engagement rings here. Everything is ethically sourced, the jewelry is very unique, customizable and gorgeous. The staff is super helpful and very educated on all of their products.

Sirandyn did a wonderful job piercing my 9 year olds ears. She walked her through every step, thoroughly but quickly and got it done without tears! They look great snd the experience exceeded expectations, thank you!

Eliza Page is the best jewelry store around. I came last year to get an endless bracelet with my best friend, and let me tell you, the quality of the jewelry and the service beats everyone. We had an amazing experience. I recently had to return to the store to get my bracelet welded back on (due to it having to be cut off for an Xray) and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes! It was amazing. Highly suggest Eliza page for any of your jewelry needs! 11/10!

I am so happy that I booked this apt. I am from CLT and I wanted a luxury earring piercing so when I flew into Austin I had to try this place. It is so cute and has many jewelry eye candy. Once I was done viewing the jewelry I had Sirnadyn do my piercing and she was amazing. She was friendly and quick. She did not hurt me at all. She did my inner ear on the flat part and changed out my first tragus piercing. My ear jewelry is so pretty. I love it and I will be back to get my other ear done.

Eliza Page went above and beyond in their customer service through my entire process of purchasing an engagement ring. I worked with Mason and she was fantastic! I would highly recommend Eliza Page and Mason to anyone in the market for fine jewelry.

I cannot say enough good things about this store and their people. I visited Austin several years and found it by accident and walked in greeted by genuine and friendly people. The amazing jewelry had something for everyone, and I was thrilled to get some simple gold earrings. Since coming back to South Carolina, I have bought through website and asked questions via help tab and always met with top notch responses.

Eliza Page is wonderful! In addition to getting several ear piercings there (so painless and easy!), my fiance designed my engagement ring with them and I am working on another custom necklace with them using my grandmother's engagement ring. So grateful for their care and attentiveness!

My fiance and I had a custom engagement ring and wedding band set designed with Eliza Page. We had a bit of a rough start, with some communication challenges, but once that was sorted out, Sirandyn stepped in and took lead to make the experience a great one. She helped with everything from the challenges of working with heirloom diamonds to completely resizing my fiance's wedding band.

We were pretty high-touch clients, and she delivered. I also had two pearl necklaces made with Eliza Page out of heirloom pearls; one for everyday wear and one for my wedding day and future dressy occasions. They were turned around very quickly exactly and exactly as I'd hoped. With a perfect balance of timeless and modern, Sirandyn at Eliza Page truly excelled for my big day.

They are so sweet and really go out of their way to work with their clients. Also, the jewelry is just gorgeous and unique. Something for every taste here.

BUYER BEWARE! This store has a few pretty pieces but if you're like me and have only a general sense of what your loved one is looking for, don't shop here. Eliza Page will not issue you a full refund in the event you get it wrong and wish to return the item. If you complain and ask them to have Elizabeth (owner) make the call, she will only give you a partial refund, requiring a 20% "re-stocking fee." This re-stocking fee is an archaic concept from many years ago when there was an actual cost associated with accepting a return.

For EP, it's just a matter of putting it back in the case. Upon returning my piece, I was dinged with a large re-stocking penalty. It's a shame because they do have a few nice pieces but this sort of policy is just plain ole bad business. I won't be back.

Charming store with some really beautiful pieces inside right on 2nd Street in downtown Austin! The staff were really friendly and showed us a few items to try on out of the cases and made suggestions for pieces (stackable rings and necklaces) based upon what is in-store. They also informed me that if I needed a few things done to the pieces they are able to add some rings for sizing (like necklace length) at no charge.

They have mostly gold but they do have white and rose gold as well for those who don't do yellow (like me) and some diamond and moissanite pieces. There are rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and some engagement rings as well that were very pretty and classy. There are also a few non-traditional pieces for the individuals looking to stand out.

Beautiful style and options. They can do custom pieces for you if you are interested. I liked the look of the pieces which go with my personal style (small, dainty, stackable) so it's worth a stop if you are already in downtown shopping!

This store is such a gem (ahem, I'm sorry). But seriously, so many different price points for every type of purchase from wedding ring sets to young teenagers. I fell in love with lots of pieces from designers I've never seen anywhere else. A total class act. The staff were knowledgeable and quick to answer any question. Such a special store, it's a must if you're looking for some beautiful jewelry.

Such a beautiful selection of rings, including unique gems for girls like me that don't want the traditional diamond. Our salesperson was so helpful, listened really well, and totally understood what I wanted. I don't know yet if I'm getting my ring here, but I know she followed up by emailing my boyfriend two different custom rings that were exactly what I wanted. Trouble is, I can't decide which one is the best! They also have one of a kind men's bands that I love.

Today is anniversary 25, and of course I'm in a bind for the right gift. A friend recommended Eliza. I was in Austin from out of town, so this was an all-or-nothing shot. The staff was super helpful to the hapless husband now in their midst. In short, we found the perfect ring that turned out to already be the right width and size. She loves it, and Whitney made me aware of a better price that had not been updated on the tag. Very honest of her and impressed me. This was a good choice. Definitely recommend.

I have bought myself treats here and am always impressed by the variety of styles and price points! I was exceptionally impressed by the staff and selection when shopping for my wedding band as well as my husbands! We worked most closely with Whitney K and she was warm, efficient, professional, and engaged in the process. She went out of her way to contact a designer to get a different version in for me and was very proactive in email communication. We were both very happy with our final selections and the process! And we didn't end up spending as much as we thought we would! Bonus!

Beautiful jewelry but disappointed in service. It took the staff many attempts to get rings sizes correct- for both me and my partner.

Met with Elise, who was super knowledgeable, yet created a relaxed environment- great customer service. She offered ideas and suggestions to compliment what we were looking for. Overall, a great experience!

Beware - Eliza Page doesn't stand by the quality of their products and they expect their clients to pay a fee to return broken merchandise. I've been shopping at the 2nd street location for three years. I've purchased many gifts for my family here. In December I bought something for myself for the first time, a gold finished ring with a beautiful crystal.

I loved my ring and had received many compliments on it. Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago the crystal fell off. I brought the ring back in hopes of exchanging it. All seemed to be going smoothly as the staff offered to contact the "artist" and have a new ring sent out. The new ring arrived and it's completely phallic looking and apparently the only ring available.

I asked if the artist could reuse the original crystal and the associate seemed unwilling to even ask. I then asked for the artists' name in an effort to contact them myself and the associate was unwilling to provide it. It seems my only option is to pay a 20% restocking in exchange for the remaining value of the ring in store credit. (I'll change this review, should the manager be able to turn this disappointing situation around.)

I had the best experience customizing a wedding band to match with my antique, family heirloom engagement ring. I arranged a meeting to look at wedding bands with ease. Kathleen Shaw was prompt, courteous and made the whole process seamless and fun! I was quite anxious about how to find a band that would not overshadow my unique antique ring, and Kathleen was really helpful in finding a perfect option for me. Travis Robertson from Shaesby created a custom band for me and was really creative, great to work with and seemed to genuinely care about the rings and how they would fit. I would recommend anyone searching for a unique and memorable ring to work with Kathleen and Travis. Thank you guys!

I came here today to exchange a ring I'd received as a gift a couple of weeks ago. Unexpectedly, they were able to look up the purchase with a name and no receipt! It took over an hour and a half to find an appropriate substitute and Sarah and Kathleen were incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on half the store. I ended up with a necklace and earrings I love, so everything worked out beautifully. Thanks!

I bought my husband's wedding ring here and I am SO glad that I did! The staff was extremely helpful throughout the process- they were quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and they answered all of my questions. They were also very flexible when we came in to get the ring resized! We were able to take care of that promptly at no additional cost. Again, I am so happy to have found Eliza Page and to have purchased my husband's ring there. I would highly recommend them!

WOW! This store is amazing. The product is top of the line but what really separates them from all the other jewelers is their customer service. My wife and I bought both our ring here and have loved them but one had two stones come out. I went in and not only did they remember me but they fixed the ring with no questions asked. When I called to check on it, they knew right away and used my name (when I hadn't given it to them.) I HIGHLY recommend going to check out this store. I will for sure do business here again.

There are so many great pieces in this store. Maybe I just can't afford the truly awesome ones, because I have had a problem with a couple so far. The girls in here are really nice though. My first stop in, I got a brass ring and a pair of gold earrings = $100. The earrings are wonderful. I love them! I get compliments on them. The ring turned my finger green. Evidently, some people's skin has a reaction to brass.

I wish I would have known this. So I took the ring back and they offered a store credit. I got a super cute ring made from rubber, cement, and silver. I got compliments on it. I joked with my boyfriend that I got it as a pre-engagement ring because "we have a really solid relationship." Since the ring is made out of rubber (like an o-ring), it doesn't really slide down your finger.

Today it broke. I called and they said they would send it back to the designer to have it fixed, so that was nice. I'm at a crossroads here. It's hard enough to find something that I really LIKE that doesn't cost more than $100 (hey, I have expensive taste). Three stars seems about right for someone who can't spend more than $100 a piece. Everything is made with beautiful real stones, so I would say the higher end pieces are definitely worth it if you have the money.

I just left that store, after browsing on several occasions, with two new pieces. Elizabeth and her staff are consistently friendly as if I were a long standing, paying customer even when I was not. I love to browse/try on everything. Especially things that I am sure I would never like because you never know. They are always helpful and not pushy and to me that is a great store. Yes, there are pricey pieces but there are also plenty of beautiful options under $100.

If you want to spend $5-20 Forever 21 has tons of fun options. If you sign up for her mailing list, you get discounts on featured designers so that helps. I am excited to take my new pieces out tomorrow and show them off to the world.

Beautiful jewelry store in Austin's 2nd Street District featuring over 25 designers at any given time. Eliza Page showcases some of the most elegant handmade and independently designed necklaces, bracelets, earrings and charms I've ever seen. Many of the featured designers hale from Austin (nice!), but EP also showcases artists from Los Angeles, NY, and elsewhere.

Everything in the store is exorbitantly priced (seriously expensive stuff), but it's fun to drool over and dream about. If you can afford it, I'd recommend heading here instead of your brand-name jewelry store. Not only can you pick up a unique bauble for yourself or someone else, but there's a story behind every piece. Make sure you steal a glance at their gorgeous collection of monogrammed silver, gold and copper (i think?) disc necklaces. The staff is patient and informative.
