Ulmer Jewelers is a small jeweler located in downtown Harvard, Illinois. The store has a small town rural feel to it. The owner, Mickey, is a really wonderful guy and a pleasure to do business with. He worked with us for months in creating the perfect custom ring. Not only did he make himself totally available for us but he presented such a fair price based on what we wanted to spend on the engagement ring. Compared to a larger chain store, the level of service Mickey provides just isn't possible. Mickey is the type of person you would actually want to give your money to because of his interactions, quality of work and overall service which is something we didn't experience at chain stores at Woodfield Mall. We'll continue to use Ulmer Jewelers in the future for any type of custom work.
