Am very disappointed with the service this time, I have used Zavius before and been satisfied. But not this time, a simple resize of a ring very over priced. I asked why, they answered they cut and add, but the price of Sterling silver has not gone up that much!. So I called 2 other reputable companies. One was more than 1/2 the price and other was 30 less. So always compare prices.

We received excellent service from the time we walked in the door. Jaime was so patient and not pushy. He helped us find the perfect ring. We had looked at a couple other jewelry stores and we were told it would take about 6-8 weeks to get my diamond engagement ring reset. I fell in love with a gorgeous ring from Zavius because it was not like anything we had seen.

We watched Luis put my diamond in the new setting and I left with the ring the same day! We also had the opportunity to watch Luis melt down my engagement ring setting and wedding band to make a new wedding band to match my new ring. It was very special to be able to watch this process of taking my 2 original rings and create a new piece from them.

Zavius Jewelers are the absolute BEST! Luis does all of the work in the store which makes it that much better. Their customer service is top knotch and their work is amazing! Me and my fiance cannot wait to see our custom wedding bands when they are done, especially with all of the ideas that Luis brought to the table! I would recommend Zavius Jewelers to everyone!

I took in a Gucci cuff watch that needed a new pin for the band and the owner was more than happy to help out by fabricating a pin in-house since it's a rare piece. All of the sales staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I chose Zavius for this repair!

I don't get a good vibe at all at this place. I have gone there 3 times and always felt the same way and have never given them any business. They contradict other jewelers on prices and issues, and they are quite overpriced. Luis seems condescending and their advertised services don't materialize. Seem untrustworthy, even if some people like his designs. He personally quoted me $10,000 more than another jeweler on the same design.

Luis is amazing and went above and beyond for us! After a horrible experience with another jewelry store in town, Luis made my wife's dream ring for her. He truly listens to his customers and gives his heart felt passion to his creations. Zavius has lifelong customers in us, as we will go nowhere else now. I finally proposed to my forever person two days ago and I did so with a Zavius custom ring. Luis really knocked this beautiful creation out of the park! I needed an emerald cut with a double halo on a twisted band, and he exceeded all my expectations. Oh, and she said yes! :

Louis is a down home amazing person and how he tries to personalize every individuals experience is above no others. I have nothing but praise for his expertise and personalization on anything and everything we have stopped in to challenge him with. Professional interaction like no other. My better half just love's her ring and that is what makes me happy.

I will admit that the picture does no justice and I will admit I'm far from being a photographer, so I rely on my words other than photography skills. I went into xavius Jewelers today to have the stone in my ring tightened up because it was loose. The counter girl was very nice and sad that we could do that. and it would cost $25. when she went back into the room where they make the jewelry etc that was that have windows in it he looked at it and laughed saying oh nice ring does she know it's not real? and proceeded to show everybody else behind the glass. he asked the woman if she was going to tell me that it wasn't real and her response was of course not it's not my business.

We have been customers since 1995. The service is outstanding. We feel like old friends when we visit. The jewelry is one of a kind in quality and design. Trust, friendship, respect, are works that describe our dealings with Zavus. We wouldn't drean of doing anywhere else!

My family, especially my mom and her sister, have bought jewelry and customized pieces for 20 years. Which is why I wanted them to be a part of my engagement. I'm only 22, and hadn't plan on getting engaged for a couple more years but my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. My mom wanted to pick out my engagement ring because she couldn't be there on my special day.

My fiance's family and my mom picked out a ring from the Louis's private collection. He and the sales representative understood my mom's situation and even told us they were praying for us. My fiance verified that we would purchase the ring but needed to wait three weeks for a lucky day to purchase the ring (dates are important in Asian culture), which he informed the sales representative.

My fiance arrived three weeks later, and was informed that they sold the ring. I was shocked and devastated when told because by then my mom was bed bound and unable to shop for another ring. Zavius jewelry robbed me of an important memory that I would've cherished. I didn't have the heart to tell my mom that they sold the ring, so she passed believing that she picked out my ring. Zavius do not have customers in the best interest even when they've had loyal customers for 20 years. They only care about making an immediate profit. I still had a beautiful engagement with a gorgeous ring, but no thanks to Zavius.

Luis designed an entirely new ring for me using my wedding band and two anniversary bands combined to create the most amazing, beautiful ring I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. Customer service was also second to none!

Had a great experience with Luis at Zavius Jewelers last Christmas. I had wanted to get my wife a third band to complete her wedding set. I of course waited until close to December and Luis was able to turn around a matching ring within days for me. The ring looks great and my wife was surprise and happy. Thanks Luis and the teams for providing excellent service with quality products.

I have always been very pleased with our experience at Zavius but not today. My husband took my rings and earrings there to be cleaned and checked because they had not been in over a year due to Covid and they wanted to charge him $50. This is ridiculous! This has always been a courtesy to loyal customers but now $50. I believe the right thing to do would have been to continue the courtesy today and say "in the future." I am very disappointed in this poor service and would not recommend Zavius for this reason going forward.

Don't go anywhere else! This is an awesome jeweler with a relaxed atmosphere. I had a great experience here picking out my engagement ring here. I had gone to other locations in town and felt like they were just trying to get me to buy something I didn't really love. Mike did an amazing job of teaching me the differences between diamonds and quality. Luis the owner, is a fantastic master jeweler who stands by his pieces. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Luis is a gem himself, he's is such a gifted artist. I've been having Luis make my jewelry for years, every time he blows me away with his customized pieces! I don't go anywhere else!

We brought a bracelet of my husbands to be repaired. It was explained to us it was past warranty and couldn't be repaired. We did not expect for them to repair for free but we also did expect to be treated rudely. He made us feel stupid in front of other customers and staff because we asked why it could not be repaired. We usually always try to support local but not this local business again.

Honestly do not go here. I was treated as if I wasn't good enough for their store. Two months after the ring was supposed to be done it wasn't finished. I never received a email or phone call. I had to fight to get back my refund. Personally I feel they are very crooked

I purchased my wife's engangement ring and wedding band here and it was such a pleasant experience. The show room is large and very spacious.l with plenty of selection. The ring I got was a custom design piece and one of a kind. My wife ALWAYS gets complimented on it to point where she only wore it on special occasions because she didn't like all the attention. The prices were fair and the customer service was exceptional. If you want a quailty jewerly piece don't go anywhere else but Zavius.

The rings we purchased from Zavius Jewelers were fantastic, she still gets compliments on it. Word of advice, if you make any sort of deal with them make sure to get it in writing so there is no question about the deal that was made. Overall, very helpful customer service and outstanding products at great prices.
