They sat with me while I went through my mom's jewelry box after she passed away. Told me what was real and what it all was. I sold some of it and kept some pieces. Others had stones I liked but not necessarily the design or item. So they custom designed me a ring with her stones. I absolutely love! how it turned out! The process was easy, good communication, and as you can see the end result is gorgeous! Would definitely recommend them!

Drove 30 min (hour round trip), to be turned away after calling and being told to bring in my jewelry. Not happy about this. Communication is key here people. Owner is assuming i was turned away because i was not wearing a mask. This is untrue, mask was worn while in the store. The issue was being asked to come in, then when arrived was turned away because they were to busy.

Maybe dont ask people to come in if your to busy to help. Maybe instead of assuming what happened you talk with your staff first. Again communication. Update: Took the wifes ring in today and they were able to fix the diamond and buff the ring. I was there at one and i called back around 3 and the ring was ready. I wish ibwould have gotten a call rather than follow up myself, but they did do good work and only chatged a small fee for the buff. I will keep using them as they are local and do all the work in house.

I have been married to my beautiful wife for 15 years and wanted to get her something really special for our anniversary. She is a Hair Stylist with her own unique fashion style that can be difficult to find gifts for. The best way to describe it is retro bohemian mixed with modern trends. I wanted to get her a cuff bracelet to match her sleeve tattoo of a peacock with hair shears wove into it.

I commissioned the piece at the end of August with Cathy and Tim to be ready for our December anniversary. Tim went above and beyond to listen to what I wanted and then get an idea of my wifes style without meeting her. He then came up with unique design that was exactly, dead on, what suited her. They also came in under budget! The cuff is sterling silver, left roughly finished for a retro feel/look, a ruby set into the shears with real peacock feathers held inside.

The scene in front is a nod to her lifelong love of Alice in Wonderland as is the white rabbit carved out of mother of pearl on the inside. Thanks so much to the team at Clodius for bringing it to life (I think like 4 or 5 people were involved lol)! She loves it!

Had to go in to get my ring-finger size, everyone in this store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All of the engagement rings were customizable. I wish every jewelry store had the same energy as Clodius & Co.

My husband and I went looking for a replacement ring set for me and we've seen and heard commercials for this place before. W e walked in and were greeted by one of the Jewelry makers, once told what we were looking for he handed us off to an older gentleman that, to say, didn't seem like he wanted me to there. He sounded as if we were taking up his time and had better things to do.

Instead of purchasing something there we left and look elsewhere. If you want to spend your money on jewelry and you get passed of to someone else that makes your business feel unwanted, just walk out!

Designed a custom engagement ring with Tim, and I have worked with him twice now. Will never go to anyone else for custom work, and of course she said yes and she loves it. Update: the wedding was perfect and our custom rose gold rings were the figurative icing on the cake! Thank you so much Clodius, and specifically Tim!

The ring is unique, quality, and truly gorgeous! I love everything about it! I had my ring resized and they had it completed for me same-day. I have also returned for a wedding band and cleanings and the service is friendly ans spectacular! Five star service and product!

Came to Clodius after having issues with the engagement and wedding rings my husband had purchased for me at Kay Jewelers. There were microscopically sharp edges to the back of the ring where the diamonds were set which caused irritation to my skin. At Kay we were told that I have an allergy to gold and that I should get a different ring, even though I know I do not have an allergy.

The staff at Clodius was incredibly understanding and helpful in identifying the problem as an irritation, giving me direction on steps to take to heal, getting my ring surgically sterile, and smoothing out those rough edges that were causing me pain. I wish we had started our ring journey with Clodius to begin with! I especially appreciated that they were so helpful even though the jewelry was originally purchased elsewhere. The people who work here are always so kind and patient with me! Recently got a custom ring made to be my future wedding ring, and once we are ready I am going back to get my SO's custom made as well. This ring has been a dream of mine for about 8-9 years, and they nailed it. Worked with my budget, and i was sent email updates through out the entire creation process. I am so thrilled.
