Zero stars, walked in and 2 customers were being helped by 3 people. I patiently waited at the counter for 10 minutes as the 3 employees walked by numerous times without even looking at me or saying hello. I walked out and said have a great day and still no answer. Extremely rude and a pleasure to take my business elsewhere.

I couldn't recommend Steffens more! Beautiful jewelry and they are always such a pleasure to work with! Max and Jess went out of their way to help us get exactly what we want with our budget in mind. We will always be going to Steffens for our jewelry!

Awesome kind and caring people! We went in to get my moms ashes that I had made into a pendant for my daughter and I needed chain fixed. They said two weeks then literally two hours later I received a call that it was ready! How wonderful that there are great people in this world! I highly recommend this place! Thank you all again

First visit here was 25 years ago when they were at a different location in McHenry. Dealt with Suzanne who helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring (still in use today!). My wife and I came back a couple weeks ago to have my wedding band resized and the prongs on her ring repaired. Dealt with the next generation of ownership and could not have been happier.

Warm greeting when we arrived, attentive and informative but not overbearing service, timely repair work (ahead of the promised schedule), and chocolate on your way out the door. I have nothing critical to offer, so five stars it is.

When I started looking for an engagement ring, I visited a handful of jeweler's until a family member suggested Steffan's. At first I was hesitant due to the distance their location was from my home, but it was 100% worth the drive. The staff is truly passionate about jewelry and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. Needless to say, my wife was blown away, and the follow up service was phenomenal.

I love Steffans.one thing you need to know, for sure. You won't be pressured to buy anything. Finally, a jewelry store where you can look at their products and consider it, without a sales pitch. Feels like you are with friends who care.

Jessica spent time to ensure that I made the right decisions when resetting a heirloom ring. I felt that I was being educated without being upsold. They do not push you to buy at this business, and they stop to hear your input on what you would like. The ring itself turned out beautiful and I could not be happier with the price, service, and time to complete.

I was referred to Steffans by a good friend. The experience with Jessica did not disappoint. She was incredibly engaging and provided great explanations so that we completely understood all that was involved so that we were able to make an informed decision.

I would like to share my experience with Steffan's Jewelers! I have purchased many pieces jewelry for many occasions and for my own personal collection. I have NEVER received this level of customer service anywhere! My Experience: I brought in a diamond that was chipped, and worked with Amy & Jessica on some options to re-purpose the diamond as opposed to having it re-cut or just put away in a safety deposit box.

We spent quite some time going through options and found the perfect bezel setting, which hides and secures the chip. Not only does it look AMAZING, it brings life back to a stone that holds much sentimental value. After this experience, I have returned with other repairs that have sat on the side over the years. To return for more smiles. I worked with Amy and Jessica on another special piece of jewelry for our daughters 16th birthday!

The piece came out just as imagined and look of perfection, and was received with a smile and some tears of happiness! Thank you Amy and Jessica for taking the time to ensure we are completely satisfied! The communication from project start to project finish is truly appreciated! Service with a smile works for us, as simple as that may be it truly means so much! We have now found "our place" for our jewelry needs, and no longer need to fear the chain locations for pieces that everyone else has.

Janelle and Max are awesome to work with! They helped me take my engagement and wedding rings and bond them with my late husband's wedding ring that I had also been wearing. So I have one beautiful ring now! And they helped me to enjoy my new piece in time for honoring my husband on the anniversary of his passing. That meant the world to me. They went above and beyond to be sure that could happen. My late husband always shopped at Steffan's for me, and it continues to be my favorite place for jewelry!

Best experience ever! My husband and I came to "Steffan's Jewelers" about 8 months ago. We were looking for an engagement ring setting and a wedding band for me. The staff in the store was very friendly. We bought for me a beautiful bridal set from "Gabriel and Co" - engagement ring setting and a wedding band. I get lots of compliments so does my husband on how well we did and how beautiful my rings are!

All our inquiries and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. My ring size is very small but even with special order we were able to get it right and on time! After such positive experience, we bought for my husband a wedding band too at "Steffan's Jewelers". And he was very pleased with how everything went and his wedding band choice.
