I stopped by Rahl Jewelers looking for a wedding ring. I really didn't know what I was looking for. Ryan was very patient and thorough. He showed me all the different variations and really took his time to explain to me the essence of a diamond. I come out with a beautiful ring that my fiance absolutely loves. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Rahl Jewelers and especially Ryan.

I took my watch to be sized today and had a wonderful experience! The service far exceeded the $10 resizing cost. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice people working at Rahl Jewlers. We went there to have my wife's diamond necklace re-mounted in a three prong setting. We will be back for our shopping needs!

My family and I have been using Rahl since I was still in grade school (10+ years). They have done everything from resizing to making settings to just simply swapping out a watch battery. I went in there today to have a watch band resized, and walked out with the watch fitting and the perfect Christmas gift for my girlfriend. They are always attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time and even budget. The staff is always looking out whats best for the guests of the store, no wonder they have been around for so long! Always have my business!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ryan was extremely helpful with the process of choosing and designing a custom engagement ring. He did a great job of educating me on my options which made me feel completely comfortable in my decision!

So happy with my total experience with Rahl Jewelers. They were so helpful when wanting to upgrade my engagement ring to then also helping me upgrade my late mothers wedding ring into my dream wedding band. They always took care of me and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

My family has been going to Rahl Jewelers for as long as I can remember. I have gotten a necklace and earrings for my fiancee and both turned out better than expected. Since I live in Florida now, the customer service over the phone and being able to find the perfect item and trust their thoughts on the different pieces has been exceptional. I just recently reached out to them for the engagement ring and it could not have turned out more perfect.

The ring was custom-made, and I must have drove Ryan crazy with all the diamonds that I was not satisfied with before finding the right one. I was very picky, but the customer service is absolutely a 10 out of 10 and the quality of the jewelry matches the service. When the ring came I could not believe how incredibly beautiful it had turned out. Absolutely perfect, and I can not imagine having gone through any other jewelers.

They really know their stuff and can help with anything if you give them an idea of what you're looking for. Absolutely the best and I recommend to all, even if the jewelry needs to be shipped!

Just came in for a watch adjustment, was relatively quick took around 15 minutes and they did a good job. It was also pretty economic too, $10 for them to remove the pins and links. The white girl with the glasses is very nice as us the chubby balding white guy. Overall 7.7/10

My husband and I came across Rahl Jewelers when we still lived in Illinois. We really liked the fact that they are a family owned establishment. Shopping at Rahl was a wonderful experience and Stacey Hake was very helpful throughout the entire process! She worked with us to ensure that the rings we selected and purchased were delivered securely to us in Arizona after we had moved out of state.

She was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We were also able to bring my ring in for a complimentary cleaning upon visiting before the big day. Our wedding rings turned out to be gorgeous and very unique! Even our photographers, Mitch & Denise Arnett, complimented our wedding rings and we often receive compliments on them! My fiancee and I just got engaged and he got my ring from Rahl. My dad recommended it to him after getting my mom's engagement ring here in the 80s. My fiancee went with my three best friends and they all raved about how helpful and personable Tony was through the whole process. Not only is my ring absolutely stunning but they were also so helpful when I needed to get it sized down.

I brought it in on a Friday afternoon. Before we even got down to business they all wanted to hear about our engagement story! They told me it could be a few days before I got my ring back but kept stressing that they wanted to get it back to me ASAP so I could show it off. Sure thing, they called me a few hours later telling me that it was ready to pick up. You won't be disappointed with Rahl Jewelers!

Thank you Brad for making my dream engagement ring come true! my fiance proposed to me on the beach in Mexico and I almost died when I saw my ring! You came thru and I have been recommending you to all my friends, family, and clients. You will be seeing us for our wedding bands and future jewelry purchases. Hands down, the best jewelry store around! Family run business that treats everyone like a part of their own family from the moment you walk in. Tony designed a custom ring for me. He was so unbelievably talented, patient and attentive, I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome. My ring is beyond amazing, better than I ever thought possible!

They have also helped me with everything from replacing watch batteries to resetting and repairing a very special necklace belonging to my mom. Such a wonderful, thoughtful, trustworthy group of people. You're in the best hands with everyone at Rahl.

We were fortunate enough to be referred to Brad and it made all the difference. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, and communicative. My mother has had great experience with Rahl Jewelers. I went in today to reluctantly get my earrings reset (a setting I adore, but did not hang properly on my ears). Instead of going forward with a rest, Tony and Bonnie found a solution for me- a different backing- so I could preserve the setting. Tony also did a courtesy cleaning of the earrings and straightening of the posts, and I am thrilled with how they look. Thank you to this customer-oriented business for a gesture of kindness that made my day!

I didn't want to write this review, frankly I just want this horrible experience to be behind me but I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. Went to Rahl to have a custom engagment ring made by "so and so". Whom for the record isn't really a designer (he actually has a picture of a hand sketched ring design posted on his office board made to look like he sketched it himself but you can find it on pinterest from a designer named Joseph in Seattle!).

I had diamonds that were heirlooms of our late grandmothers so it was a very special peice to me. The consultation was longer than expected because HE talked forever. When leaving, I had an unsettling feeling like it wasn't right. A feeling like I had been scammed by someone who has been in the business of scamming people. I asked someone else and they confirmed that they thought he was seriously overcharging me.

When we went back to get our diamonds and to tell "so and so" we decided to go to another place because of the prices (really because we didn't like him) HE FLIPPED OUT ON US. He wanted to know who we saw, where they were located and had to state his case and that they ofcourse didn't know what they were talking about and probably wouldn't do a good job.

We just wanted to leave. My fiance was livid at him and his tone that unfortunately it ended up getting ugly. If "so and so" would have simply let us go this could all have been avoided. This is just a minor detail of my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am speechless. We went to another jewler and when we got there she inspected the diamonds that were previously in "so and so's" hands.

She noticed my one of MY GRANDMOTHER'S LARGER DIAMOND WAS CHIPPED. This diamond went from his hands being inspected under a microscope with no problem and also showing us under the microscope to going into an envelope to then my hand to give to this jewler. Now I don't know how a diamond would be able to chip during that route between "so and so" and this jewler.

I think HE WAS PISSED AT US AND CHIPPED THE DIAMOND OUT OF SPITE. It's the only thing that's logical. It's actually quite obvious. I was upset but I have to look on the bright side. I am done with him. Also it can't be seen unless you look into a microscope. As for now I can only look forward and be grateful I caught on to him before It could have been worse. Also, it's worth mentioning that MY RING IS COSTING $1,400 LESS THAN HIS ESTIMATE and from a praised designer and jeweler in Evanston who specializes in custom rings. "So and so" is a joke.he even tried to charge us labor for the consultation! $80 FOR LABOR!

The labor for what. his mouth that would not shut up and let me have a word! We ended up having to pay $200 for a text messaged image made from a program used in the 80's of a poor version of a designed ring. This buisness SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN for what they did to me. Heirlooms are irreplaceable. They are sweet talkers who play a good game but I have a good sense of smelling liars. Yuck!

If the owner isn't a scammer himself then he should really take an honest inventory of his business and then ask himself if it's worth keeping someone like him around.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. I had my vintage engagement ring sized there. The ring needed to be larger. They got the right size and enhanced the white gold since the ring is odd. Even though we have not made any large purchases, they treat us like any other customer. My finance has bought me earrings, a necklace and a bracelet from there. All great quality. They have amazingly beautiful pieces of jewelry! I highly recommend this jewelry store.

My fiance and I cannot say enough great things about Rahl Jewelers. Their selection is vast AND it seems that they are able to customize anything to your particular taste. Tony, the designer, is brilliant, talented, and also hilarious and fun to be around- he makes sure that you have a blast when you are creating custom pieces with him. Brad, the owner, is so wonderful and friendly and always treats us like family when we are there- when we were choosing our wedding bands today he could sense I was becoming "hangry" and got us some Jimmy John's from next door. I also have to mention that my custom engagement ring is absolutely perfect. I PROMISE you won't be disappointed if you come to Rahl.

Tony and the staff are very welcoming. I brought something in to sell and Tony spent at least and half hour explaining how he arrives at the price he will offer. And he genuinely likes to talk to people and I enjoyed him as well. Very friendly staff. The jewelry is just stunningly beautiful. If I would only win the lottery this would be my first stop. We went here for our wedding bands after a bad experience at Kay Jewelers. Ryan was super helpful and explained all the differences in the metals for my future husband's wedding band - gold vs titanium vs tungsten in terms of durability and scratching and weight. He really knew what he was talking about. And he had a whole box of trial size bands for men - so my fiance got to try on the actual rings and see the fit difference vs those silly little keyrings that are inaccurate. Overall, it was a great experience. We selected and purchased both bands in less than 45 mins.

Going into a jewelry store can be such a daunting experience. And until I found this place I did not enjoy shopping for jewelry at all! This is the most friendly, welcoming, peaceful environment with such a wonderful and helpful staff. The owners are so kind, making you feel like an old friend and their resident designer does such beautiful work! Even though I live in the city of Chicago, I won't do business with any other jeweler, they are by far the best there is!

I have to say the repair to my engagement ring was gorgeous and the price seemed reasonable. It was ready when it was promised. Just wish the staff was a little more engaging when you walk in the door. I guess because I was not spending big money in the store to buy a wedding set and just had a small price fix it job I was not worthy of more than a "hello, how can I help you from behind the counter." I would go back since they are close to my house, maybe the next experience will be better.

I had been looking for a new setting for my engagement ring at all the regular chain stores and when I came to Rahls I knew this place was special. Super friendly staff, Unique and beautiful settings. I fell in love with a beautiful setting which was perfect for my grandmothers original 2 carat stone. My fiancee and I made the purchase and we got the ring today! It's absolutely gorgeous and Brad made sure that all was perfect with the setting.

I will be using Rahl Jeweler for any jewelry going forward, Brad is great and treats his customers like VIPs. They really have it all. Beautiful Jewelry and great service. 5 stars!

I can't say enough about Rahl Jewelers in their staff. I've been shopping with them for many many years and have not only purchased from their stock but had items designed specially for me. I have told my friends and they too have come and shopped at Rahl jewelers and have all had an enjoyable experience as well. Put simply I would trust no other jeweler. Brad and Nancy are amazing and have always treated me with respect and honesty.

Among other staff members Tony, Carolyn, Ryan are all amazing. In fact I can't remember having one poor experience with any of the sales associates at Rahl jewelers at any time. If I may be blunt if you're looking for a sleazy untrustworthy experience go to another jeweler if you're looking for honest trustworthy people that will treat you like family go to Rahl Jewelers. It pains me that somebody would have anything but positive remarks about Rahl jewelers they clearly don't know what they're talking about.
