Rolland's has been my go to jeweler as long as I can remember. They have always been very helpful when choosing/designing jewelry. AnneMarie helped my husband choose an amazing engagement ring for me 10 years ago. He always tells me how patient she was while he was deciding what my "style" would be-he chose correctly with a single solitaire setting.
Last year I had the pleasure of working with Will. I walked in not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I had a sapphire/diamond ring from my Mom that I wanted the stones from but wanted to make the ring more my style. Will asked some questions, and a light went off when he seemed to have the idea. Will did an amazing job showing me examples that were along the lines of what I was thinking.
I knew I wanted something extra, he was spot on. Drew out the design and explained it to me in detail how the stones would sit, where my new stones would go, and how we would showcase the stones from my Moms ring. It turned out beautiful. Their entire staff is very helpful, most importantly not at all pushy. When I go in to get my rings checked/cleaned they don't hound me to buy.
They do have a wish list you can make on items you are interested in - it's great especially if someone else wants to buy something but doesn't know what your style is. **If I get a good picture of my rings I will update-or maybe next time I'm in the area I'll use the amazing lights at Rollands and take it there.**

Such a positive experience at Rolland's Jewelers with Lynne! She took wonderful care of me & my fiance getting our wedding bands. I appreciate the time she spent with us finding the best options for us & the best options to suit the engagement ring I have. She even had my ring cleaned while we were waiting. I wear a mask due to being immunocompromised & I also appreciated that she masked for us during our visit, it was a very kind touch. Rolland's Jewelers has such a great selection of pieces, we will be back! Thank you so much for all of your help.

Highly recommend Marlee and her team for all things jewelry. I went in to find my dream engagement ring and Marlee did not disappoint. She was patient, quick to understand what qualities in a ring I was liking/disliking, and ultimately helped me design a ring. The ring turned out fantastic and the experience was fun. I had gone to a few other stores prior and nothing compared. I'll be going to Rolland's for all things jewelry from now on. Truly a great experience!

I recently moved out of state and while unpacking I found A gift card. This card I know had to be at least 10 years old. I telephoned Rolland's and spoke with Lynne and explained my recent find. She did a little research and found my card still valid. I couldn't believe it, I had a valid card and it was worth $100. Coincidently I was needing a new silver chain. Lynne took photos of many different styles and lengths.
After numerous text messages I finally choose the perfect chain. With the purchase of the chain and shipping out of state my 10 plus year old gift card has been cashed in. Thank you Lynne for working with me with this very unusual circumstance. My chain is beautiful and their customer service is outstanding.

Anne Marie is truly an expert in her field. She was so helpful. I went in with zero knowledge, and she was able to take me step-by-step and explain to me what to look for. Even showing me side-by-side comparisons. Thanks to Anne Marie, I feel very confident in my purchase. And I know my soon-to-be fiance will love it as well! They also have quite a watch selection.

This is an absolutely amazing jeweler with a very friendly staff. Marlee and Will are great and very knowledgeable, offer insight, accommodating to custom requests with a sense of urgency. We bought custom matching bands for our wedding and they're making the impossible a reality with the turnaround time being ahead of what we needed. Marlee and Will went above and beyond with requests and questions we had.
The rest of the staff is also very friendly, but I think we're looking forward to working with Marlee and Will whenever we come in. They even took care of a resizing on a seperate ring in a timely manner for a price that I was expecting to take longer than what other jewelers would charge. Thankfully, they're in our backyard, but I'd say they're well worth a drive for and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom pieces or even some of the pieces that are already in the store (which they have a huge inventory of).
