Jill gave us such personalized service and information about my 4-carat diamond bracelet. Care was taken to select the best bracelet and reset all 52 diamonds. Impeccable Quality. Amazing Design Service. Exceptional Service. I visited Lustig in search of a makeover of my wedding rings for my 10 year anniversary. I am grateful to have been assisted by Jill, a very experienced salesperson. Although I brought in a picture of what I liked, Jill spent over an hour with me looking at catalogs to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision on the design.

Once we decided on the design the incredibly talented Jewelry Craftsman, Roman, stepped in to provide more details on the proposed design. He created a 3D rendering of my ring so I was able to see exactly what it would look like. When I went to pick it up I was beyond thrilled! It was exactly what they showed me in the 3D drawing and exceeded my expectations on design, quality and detail.

I cannot stress enough that the quality of Roman's workmanship is impeccable. Lustig provided a professional, trusting and overall fantastic experience designing my dream ring. I would highly recommend them to anyone, regardless of budget. Thank you to the Lustig team!

I went to Lustig for help with jewelry from an estate, watch repair, and also to have my engagement/wedding rings reset. Jill was very helpful in sorting the estate jewelry: which items to keep for sentimental reasons, which were mere costume, which had stones to have appraised, and which pieces had value for their scrap metal. Jill and Roman helped in getting my engagement/wedding rings redone in platinum, and due to a larger arthritic knuckle constructed with a hinge (Cliq) so that it can easily be removed for cleaning. Roman was meticulous about the design and details. They also were able to get my ring done quickly so that I can wear it to a family wedding. Highly recommend owner Dan and staff Jill and Roman! Love my new ring!

Everyone at Lustig was very helpful and very patient. I was in the market looking to purchase an engagement ring for my Fiance and Jill was there for us every step of the way. If we had a question late at night, she got back to us quickly. I highly recommend Lustig to anyone looking for anything jewelry related. When I noticed a missing diamond on my engagement ring, I was devastated. There was no question in my mind where I would be bringing my ring for repair: Lustig Jewelers. Growing up, my father always purchased jewelry for my mother from Lustig as well as had jewelry repairs done there. I recall him always speaking highly of the people who worked there and the quality of the jewelry.

I felt 100% comfortable leaving my ring with Lustig for repairs. They took time to show me the characteristics of my diamond and were communicative throughout the repair process. The repair was done quickly and the ring was returned to me looking as it did the day I first got it. The quality of their pieces is exceptional and the selection is exquisite.

Customer service: Jill and Barbara lead me and my now fiance through every step of the process of buying our engagement ring. I started off with not knowing ANYTHING about rings to figuring out exactly I wanted as they helped me customize the exact ring I dreamed of. They made every process from A to Z very easy for us while staying patient, kind and honest.

The Engagement Ring: Lustig helped us custom design the ring exactly as I wanted through providing CAD (Computer Aided Design) imaging to help me better visualize exactly what I was looking for. They also got their jeweler (Roman) involved to make sure they were not giving me false hope of what was possible and what was not. The final product was exactly as I imagined thanks to their continuous guidance throughout the process, AND for a pretty affordable price (in my opinion)! Overall, I would definitely continue my service with Lustig!

The nicest people with one of the most talented, jewelry craftsman Roman. They cleaned and rhodium plated my ring so that it is back to its original brilliance. You need to trust a jeweler and I trust them. Highly recommend, and will be back!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable and do great work. The customer service is above and beyond. We redesigned my wedding set about a year ago for our anniversary, using my original stone. They worked with us and the result was absolutely perfect and stayed in our budget. Highly recommend.

I did considerable research on jewelry stores prior to visiting any stores. My research led me to Lustig. I wanted an establishment I could count on in terms of guidance, trust, service, and quality. The first stop and last stop directed me to Lustig. I met with Dan and immediately was put at ease, and knew I had made the right choice. With a bit of guidance we found the perfect ring.

From there the stock diamonds did not fit the size and shape I was looking for. Dan had his suppliers ship in several sample diamonds which he guided as to size and quality. Dan went over each sample explaining the positives of each stone. I made my choice within a couple of days and Roman went to work customizing the ring to hold the type and size of the diamond choose.

The results were absolutely perfect. I could not and would not recommend another store for professional service, quality of work, and customer service. They are totally first class. Thank you Dan! Ken

This has been our jeweler for over25 years and just sold our son an engagement ring. They are not only professional and friendly, they are all about service. Dan and Jill are the best!

Lustig Jewelers made my wife extremely happy. Came in with an engagement ring which was designed by a different jeweler. The way the diamond was set was too high and the designing jeweler said there was nothing they could do about it. My wife suggested stopping by Lustig and we were very happy that we did. Lustig's staff are professional, friendly, and don't pressure you to make unnecessary purchases like other jewelers do which is very appreciated and makes the shopping experience much more relaxed and enjoyable.

They took a look at my wife's ring, brought Roman, the jeweler, to look at the ring who told us he had a solution to lower the diamond. He gave us a couple of options, was incredibly patient with us as we decided what we wanted to do, and gave us a very competitive price for the work that was done. When leaving the diamond, they examined the diamond and marked down any unique identifiers, which they confirmed when we picked up the finished ring as well.

Their communications are great and Roman did an incredible job. We will not look anywhere else for or jewelry needs and trust Roman's workmanship and the team at Lustig Jewelers.
