Beautiful jewelry, a small business that provides great customer service and actually upholds a genuine conversation with those who shop there. The gentleman that I spoke with was very knowledgeable about generations of different types of jewelry and watches for all.

I've taken my watch there to get a battery replaced. And the guy did it in less than 5 minutes. When in other places I was told that my watch has to be sent to Tory Burch and it will take about six weeks. Best service ever. Thank you so much!

I love Paolucci & I have been a customer for over 10 years. Tom, Mary & their girls are friendly, knowledgeable & help me select exactly the right piece of jewelry for either myself or as a gift. They sell very high-quality gems & I am enjoying everything I have purchased over the years.

Just walked in here to get sized for my fiances wedding band and all we needed was a size and the guy working there was so rude about it and literally turned us away and refused to do it. Why? Because We weren't buying a ring from YOU? Body language completely threw us off! Won't ever go back there again.

Unfortunately, two employees were dismissive and showed no authentic attempt to offer help in my inquiries of jewelry I brought in. I'm local and hoped to find a personal jeweler, purchase a $1000 necklace I liked in their cases and bring in estate appraisal items. The first girl did not provide any forthcoming or helpful information and when the man came over to assist he joined her with his demeanor of being bothered by my presence.

I was quite genuine and asked politely; both of these employees were off putting and I felt dismissed and unimportant to them. Now my money and future business goes elsewhere.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the fabulous results. I came in with a ring I had for 20 yrs and asked for an update. They took my gold ring with an oval diamond and transformed it to this spectacular piece that I love. In addition they were able to make me a beautiful pair of earrings from the extra diamonds. When walking from your parked car staring at the sign of a new jeweler for the first time you think of all your past experiences and mutter to yourself - "How's this one going to go?" Upon entering their nice clean store Tom and his daughter provided me with a warm welcome, greeting me in a way that made me feel right at home. As we talked through my purchase, they were honest and patience with my many questions and requests.

I was there for quite a while and they helped me carry out a high quality and cost-effective decision that met my constrains. After settling the transaction, we all chatted for a bit. Next time you're waiting for your coffee across the street, go say hello to Tom and family. I guarantee you they will surely put a smile on your face as I know you will do just that for them.

Ordered By doesn't update to provider - Versed BEWARE! I had a battery replaced for a Gucci watch and they scratched the back. When I told the guy, who appeared to be the owner, he had the audacity to yell at me when I asked him to fix his mistake! First of all, you are a jeweler so you should be meticulous with handling jewelry even if it's not from your store.

Second of all, you have no integrity for not owning up to your mistake. After raising his voice and trying to get out of it, he ended up taking the watch to a back room, swearing under his breath, to buff it out. I will never go back there again and I warn those looking for a trustworthy, meticulous, customer service oriented, and professional jeweler to stay away from that place!

Love Paolucci Jewlers! I went in to get a gold chain after being referred by my parents. My grandparents also used to go there. Very obvious why this wonderful store has been in business for so long! The owner is great and very helpful/ accommodating! 10/10 would recommend. Best jewelry store in the area

In this day and age, true customer service is very rare. Tom at Paolucci jewelers greeted me as I enter the door, answered my questions and repaired my watch. Most other jewelry stores and repair shops want to send everything out - even simple repairs. Tom serviced my watch immediately. Awesome experience and will definitely be coming back for all of our jewelry needs.

Great service! My mom could not get her rings off her finger and needed them off for surgery. After doing a facebook search many people referred us to Tom at Paolucci Jewelers so we stopped by and within minutes he had cut it off for her. We will definitely be back to have it fixed in the future! Thank you Tom and Christina for making such a hard experience easier on my mom!

I've taken a few watches here to get adjusted and batteries replaced. The owner is nice and provides quick service at a very affordable price. Only $15 to resize a watch band and $10 to replace a battery. I will definitely come back in the future.

I went to batteries plus (Big Mistake) to get my Burberry Watch battery replaced. The manager said he couldn't open it. I was really shocked. I was driving to an appointment off of 75th St and saw Paolucci Jewelers and pulled up their reviews. I was happy to see that they had a 4.5. I decided to give them a try and walked in and met A kind gentleman, Tom.

He was very inviting and said, "I can change out your battery no problem". I told him I had an appointment and would be back in an hour. When I arrived he had my watch fixed, time set and wiped it down for me. I thought WOW, what great service for just a battery replacement. They have quality jewelry there and quality service. I highly recommend them, as they are truly a fantastic family owned business.

I felt very comfortable with them resetting my moms diamond necklace! It turned out better then I imagined. He also has done several repairs that were reasonable and great quality work

Was referred to Tom by a friend whose family has been going to Paolucci for over 20 years. Tom did an incredible job creating a custom engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. She is absolutely crazy about her rings. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
