I took my gold bracelet to Marry Me Jewelry to get it repaired. Because it is older bracelet it is pretty worn and have gotten it fixed twice already. They did a lovely job repairing it and cleaning it, looks brand new! I did not give them a 5 star review because I did ask them to shorten it (1.5 inches) and it is on both receipts (the one I got when I dropped it off and the one I received when I picked it up) but it was not shortened at all.

The weight is the same on both receipts. I was told they would be able to shorten it, so I'm not sure if during the repair they realized the couldn't or forgot? Either way it wasn't communicated. I'm not pressed about getting it shortened, just wish I would have gotten what I asked/paid for as a costumer. Regardless I am just glad to get my bracelet back and to be able to wear it again.

While I haven't bought any jewelry from Marry Me, I've brought in many pieces for repair or resizing. They do great work and I think the prices are very reasonable. I recently had earrings made into pendants - very nicely done. Definitely check them out!

I took my Mom here today to get her watch fixed. The woman who helped us was so nice. She went above and beyond for my Mom. She wasn't concerned about making a sale, she just wanted to help my Mom. You don't see this kind of compassion and superior customer service anymore. If you're looking for jewelry or in need of jewelry repair I urge you to go to them. Very helpful and kind!

First. I've been doing business with this establishment for over a decade. Their store is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Nearby is the Best Buy. Merry Me Jewelers has a GREAT watch selection. In particular, are the REACTOR brand watches. Each is unique. I own three of them. Very distinctive. No matter whick watch I'm wearing, I receive compliments about them all the time. I haven't seen another jewelry store with this selction of quality.

Gino knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't - my fiancee could not have been happier. I was apprehensive to shop for engagement rings in a strip mall in Countryside, but don't let that stop you; this place is the real deal. Gino and his team can make you anything you want, and the quality is indistinguishable from that you'd find downtown 2x the price. No sleazy sales tactics and no bs upselling. The ring he made me is now the envy of my fiancee's downtown, professional colleges. They probably think I'm loaded.

MMJ was recommended to me when I was looking for a jeweler to help me design a custom engagement ring for my (now) wife. Gino and his team took the time to both educate and help me design something amazing. Don't let the name fool you, they are so much more than engagement rings and wedding bands. We have gotten earrings, baptismal pendants, multiple kids gold ID bracelets, chains, rings, watches, watch batteries, and more here. Most recently Gino helped me design a gold and diamond replica of my wife's favorite fashion ring for Christmas, and with relatively short notice. She LOVED it. He also helped bring my wife's grandfather's watch back to perfect working order.

This was such a special piece to the family and quite emotional to see it back in tip top shape. Once you come to Gino you become like family. This is why I've recommended several friends and relatives to Gino. Despite the cheesy name and the fact that it's located in a strip mall next to some dilapidated businesses- this little gem has some nice gems. I met Gino, the owner, a few years back when he installed a couple watch batteries for me. He said "come on back when it's time to get married." I basically laughed it off because I never planned to get married.

Here I am now, married, kid, dog, and a very nice ring that Gino spent hours helping me pick out. In a sketchy industry where jewelers can trick you pretty bad, I put my trust in Gino and have been very happy. No gimics. No fancy TV commercials. No salesmen working on commission. No large unnecessary showroom. No orange mocha Frappuccinos to help ease your nerves about spending thousands of dollars. Just get to the point and get you a great ring at a great price. Hopefully I never buy another engagement ring from Gino but if I need to, I'd go here again!

I am using my fiance's Google access for this review. A few years ago, I had a cocktail ring sized which was done perfectly. Last year, I had a demure, lady's mid-century Rolex wrist watch repaired. The staff is wonderful AND HONEST. This year, "he" popped the question and Gino evaluated the loose diamond my fiance had and set it in the engagement ring to perfection.

How refreshing to work with a jeweler who truly knows the craft and the lady with the pretty, long blonde hair (and a beautiful engagement ring) who are kind and treat you like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Marry Me Jewelry is a fantastic place to get a ring! I got my wife's engagement ring there in October of 2019 and it is absolutely stunning. She gets compliments all the time on the ring's beauty. Since then, I have worked with them to get the additional wedding band for my bride to be as well as selecting the ring that I will wear as the groom to be.

I went to Marry Me Jewelers (family owned) on a recommendation from a coworker. I am so glad I did. I was looking to reconfigure my moms wedding band but had no idea what I wanted. The whole staff is wonderful. Geno sat down with me and went over and showed me details of the diamonds and showed me 2 different style websites to search to find the perfect setting. Geno explained the process of how he was going to recreate the ring.

My fiance had a great experience working with Gino while looking for the perfect ring for my fiance. He went in looking for a custom design to use his great grandmother's diamonds. Gino showed him multiple designs and styles. He picked out his favorite and Gino was able to bring my envision to life. The ring turned out beautifully and I was happily surprised when he proposed. I went in here for an engagement ring knowing absolutely nothing about the process or rings in general. Gino and the staff were extremely helpful. After telling him my budget, he sat down with me and walked me through every detail and how to find the perfect ring. I was able to create the perfect ring without which my fiance loves. Overall very helpful staff and will for sure go there again for any future jewelry needs.

I don't wear a lot of jewelry, so the pieces I do collect are very specific, beautifully crafted and for lack of better words, very special to me. My husband surprised me with the prettiest, shiniest chain I'd ever seen. He was so proud of himself! I was impressed with his good taste and actually found myself wearing it more often than not (more than i even wear my wedding ring!) Gino made my parents' wedding rings more than 30 years ago, and he made my brother's wedding rings three years ago. I went to him for my engagement ring and will definitely go back for the wedding rings! Gino is very knowledgeable and up-front about the realities of cost and design. He let me pick my designs and my diamonds after showing me how to pick the best diamond for my fiance. I will definitely recommend Gino and Marry Me Jewelry to my friends and family in the future!

My husband surprised me with a custom emerald ring from Marry Me Jewelry. Gino was great with designing the perfect ring. Communication was great during all aspects of the design. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry that I love. We do not live super close to the store but from here on out will drive the extra distance because of the great customer service and quality jewelry.

I went to Marry Me Jewelry for an engagement ring. I went based on a recommendation from a friend that was the THIRD generation from his family to buy an engagement ring there. This alone is a testament to how they do business. Gino walked me through the entire ring buying process--how to value a stone, different designs, and impacts on pricing / resale.

We had a terrible experience with this jeweler. To start off, my engagement ring wasn't even ready until about an hour before I was proposed to, not only that but to my wife's surprise when she picked it up it was the wrong ring! Despite the fact that we had confirmed multiple times with them exactly what we wanted (even had pictures printed out), they still gave us the wrong ring, and then also charged us for it.

I have been back and forth for the last 3 years with nothing but issues with this ring. the diamonds were constantly falling out, and my last straw was when the center diamond shifted and I had brought the ring back, they didn't even notice the diamond was completely shifted (huge concern for me). There were also 3 black spots on the inside of the ring under the big diamond and I had addressed this to them (this also went unnoticed).

I had gone in to have this fixed with blisters on my finger where the spots here, they told me it was probably my lotion. I wasn't even able to wear the ring the past couple of months because my finger was blistered and swollen, the ring wouldn't even fit on my finger. After finding out those spots were actually acid eating at my finger, we decided to go elsewhere.

I had my diamond taken out and a new setting completely re-made and am extremely happy with the results I had with the other jewelry store. We have given multiple opportunities for them to correct these issues and nothing was done. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I needed customized cuff links made for my godson. I came into marry me and delt with Gino. I loved the fact that he truly cared about my project. He showed interest, compassion and gave great advice. He was also willing to work with me on pricing. Mr. Gino Blando truly made the experience of finding an engagement ring an easy and exciting experience! He is very knowledgable in the subject of diamonds and their qualities, and even taught us a lot about them when we came in. When we came across blue fluorescence diamonds, we decided that this was an amazing quality we didn't want to pass up the chance of getting for her engagement ring.

These type of diamonds shine and glow blue when hit by a UV light, and even continue to glow in complete darkness for a short time afterwards, after a "charge" of UV light. The engagement ring is especially fun and wild when we go cosmic bowling or out to a bar where they utilize UV lights. We had the option of customizing the engagement ring and put in a sparkling array of blue fluorescence diamonds!

He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want and rather was a helpful innovator of utilizing those bright blues in the ring. We got the engagement ring she's always dreamed of, but even better!

Nothing but top notch quality work and communication from Gino! Went in with an idea for an engagement ring. Being able to sit down and talk to Gino about what I wanted it was easy for him to get an idea and show me what he was able to to do. Gino showed me about 20 different setting before we found the one I wanted, he was very patient and made sure to find the right one.

Never felt pressured to pick something just to pick it. Once I had picked out the setting and the stone it was about 2 weeks to get my ring finished. The end result was nothing less than amazing. I cant recommend Marry Me Jewelry enough. Take a look for yourself.

Excellent, affordable, and reliable! I recently had our wedding rings adjusted, and it was a breeze. It was done in under a week, and at a super affordable price. The craftsmanship was outstanding. All the jewelry in their store was unique and beautiful. They had swoon worthy estate pieces as well. Don't hesitate to take your wares here.

I went to several jewelry stores looking for a specific anniversary band that I had in mind. No one had it and I was getting really discouraged. I stumbled into Marry Me Jewelry and Gino goes 'Well let's make it for you. I am in love with it; he made exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate Gino's no nonsense attitude - he was straight forward with me about cost and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Next time I'm in the market, I will definitely return to have Gino make something else for me.

I received a family diamond and wanted to replaced my engagement ring stone with that. The size was quite different, but they did an excellent job fitting it in and not changing the look of the ring at all. The actual cost was under the original estimate. It took a few days longer than anticipated, but for the customer service and cost- I'll happily wait a couple extra days.

My father recommended Marry Me jewelry and I am so happy he did. Gino is very knowledgable about styles, gold, and most importantly (for me) diamonds. He helped me select and amazing engagement ring for my fiance. She loves it. Also, he has been very helpful selecting earrings and wedding bands. I came here for a quick battery change for my watch. They asked me if I had a few minutes, which, when there's sparkly things to look at, of course I do! My watch disappeared into the back, and I moseyed around the shop. The shop itself isn't very huge, and for a place called "Marry Me", their selection of engagement rings seemed pretty limited- one case only!

They did have a nice selection of other items like crosses, religious metals, charms for bracelets, and a large case of sale items too. The staff was kind in offering to let me try on/see closer any item that appealed to me. A few minutes later, my watch came out, perfectly set, no damage from the opening of the back of the watch. Cost was $8 for my watch, but of note, a man who had a more expensive watch was charged more, so I'm guessing the price varies with the complexity of your watch system and quality. If I'm ever so lucky to get engaged, this would not be on my list of stores to look for, but for other jewelry, and the watch batteries, I'd definitely return.
