I have been calling every jewelry store in Naperville looking for an appraiser in house. Anna Marie took the time to talk to me not just throw a price out there. I have around 9 pieces of jewelry that I need appraised. She said that they would work with me on pricing since I have so many pieces. She went beyond being kind courteous respectful towards me.
No more googling and phone calls I'm definitely going here to get my appraisals and most likely have a diamond removed from a necklace and something else put in to replace the diamond that I want my sister in law to have. Naperville's Gem! Beyond pleased! Anna Marie and Dawn's expertise guided me in selecting just the perfect necklaces for my grandchildren. Edmond's engraving is unequalled, a true craftsman! Dawn and Edmond at Naperville Jewelers are great! Edmond custom made my wife's engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. While I was afraid custom jewelry would be expensive as a recent college grad Naperville Jewelers did great work at a fair price! Not only was the price fair but Edmond's work is beautiful. He is truly an artist and is extremely talented. My wife and I will exclusively consider Naperville Jewelers for our needs and we cannot recommend Dawn and Edmond's services enough.

My fiance and I got engaged back in May. I am still reminiscing about the day! We started working with Edmond and Dawn in January to create the perfect ring. I was hoping to incorporate my mother's diamonds, my future mother-in-laws diamonds, and some of my very own. Edmond and Dawn didn't hesitate with our unique and intricate design. Came here to get my wife's necklace repaired since she had snagged it on the sink while cleaning. They took it in back to take a look, and before I knew it the repair was done by their skilled on-site jeweler--amazing! I was told that the chain had been over stretched since it is well loved, and I asked for a quote for buying a new chain. They were very honest and told me not to worry about buying a new chain yet.and they refused to charge me for repairing my wife's chain!
They made my day with their friendly, excellent old-fashioned service, and I will definitely come here in the future given how generous they were with their time and honesty!

Wanting to express to the public how impressed and grateful I am to Edmond and Naperville Jewelers! Edmond was able to repair an antique diamond and sapphire pendant where three other jewelers could not. Not only did he fix what others had given-up on, but he did it for a fraction of the cost I had been quoted elsewhere. Edmond found a true sapphire, matching color, ground/cut the edges to identical fit.
I am now a customer for life and will continue to recommend their beautiful custom jewelry and related services to everyone. So kind, they had my piece back to me in less than 2 weeks, high integrity, a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I had to have a wedding resized up, that ment a lot to me. It use to be my father's who passed away. It was originally made in 1976. I also wanted to melt down some rings to make a matching ring for my wife. Every other jeweler said they couldn't make a match due to the original was machine made. Edmund from Naperville jewelers said he will try to match it the best he could. He made a perfect match and resized my ring with no defects. I am really impressed with the work Edmund did for me.

Edmond and Dawn are two of the most pleasant people I've done business with. Edmond is an incredibly skilled craftsman. He was willing and more than capable of making a stunning custom engagement ring for me. Dawn was very friendly and quick with any updates and appointments. I couldn't recommend them any higher and will definitely be back again- just not for an engagement ring :

I recently had an engagement ring made for my fiance at Naperville Jewelers. It could not have been a better experience. I only had a photo that my fiance showed me from Pinterest. They were able to provide several sapphire samples and then created a mold for me to review prior to the final product being made. My fiance could not have been happier. The ring was exactly as she had hoped it would be. I can't recommend Naperville Jewelers highly enough.
