TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to this jewelry store to have a watch repaired. My first visit was pleasant. Staff there were very nice, accommodating, and respectful. They repaired my watch; however, only days after, it was broken again (Note: no big deal. I was not worried or upset about that at all. "Stuff happens"). I took my watch back today to see if they could fix it and there were two different employees at the front of the store.

Both were ignorant, rude, and completely unacceptable communicators. They spoke to me very poorly (as if I was at fault for the poorly repaired piece of jewelry). Especially the man. He was nasty. I sure hope that's not the owner. WoW. Not someone you want greeting or serving customers. I will NEVER go back to the store again. There are wayyyy too many other jewelry stores with better customer service.

At a time like this when people are losing their businesses, you would think they would know better than to treat customers like this! Avoid this place if you can. You deserve better and better businesses deserve your money. Professional development is needed for staff. They did give me a refund, per my request, so I will take my business elsewhere.

I have TONS of jewelry and just moved from Chicago. I was truly excited about this business becoming my new "go-to" place to buy and repair jewelry. I'll take my business somewhere that has staff with TACT and GRACE.

I had Matthew Erikson Jewelers make a custom pendant from my engagement ring stones and reset a diamond I inherited. Judy was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. They ordered several pieces in so I could see them in person and make a decision. They purchased my gold and applied it to the new pieces. I spent hours there before I made a decision and Judy could not have been more patient. She has great taste and I really appreciated her opinions. They have the largest and most beautiful selection of engagement rings and settings I have ever seen.

Our experience here has always been good but this time was exceptional. We started out thinking we would have to have a custom ring made, but Judy worked with us to find a perfect ring and gems to meet our preferences. The outcome was dazzling and we couldn't be happier.

The jeweler at Matthew Erickson Jewelers did fantastic work on 2 necklaces I had. The thick caviar chain on both were like chokers, they were comfortable 15years ago when I received them as gifts from my husband. 15yrs later not so much. To make a long story short. He was able to lengthen one chain with the caviar beads from the other, removed the pendants from each and changed the pendants so they could be interchangable with a closable clasp on each one.

It was a very time consuming project. I wasn't in a hurry and he surpassed my expectations. In my opinion he is such a great craftsman. Actually everyone who works at Matthew Erickson's are very helpful, friendly & just nice people.

I love the diamond necklace I bought last time it was a bit pricey but worth the money I paid for it.

I did not purchase anything from there. Only walked in because I thought I had a necklace with broken closing clip. They took their time to take a look. They saw it was not broken, just out of place. They were able to return it to normal and did not ask anything for that. They don't try to rip people off, were very honest. Great place! They also have nice jewerly, if ever need anything will keep this place in mind.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was getting a consultation vs. being sold to. Their knowledge and expertise was top class, and customer service beyond what one would expect. I went in to get an estimate about replacing a missing stone. They kindly offered to clean my ring, even though I was just in there for an estimate. They were very nice and seemed very professional and knowledgeable.

I can not say enough good things about this jewelry store! After visiting several others in the area and being disappointed, I found Matthew Erickson. The staff there is so incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and he wanted to get me a special ring. Judy helped us through the whole process with picking out a gorgeous diamond and finding the perfect setting. The finished product is even more beautiful then I thought it would be. After going to countless jewelers and trust me when I say COUNTLESS. I walked into Matthew Erickson Jewelers and was met with great service from Judy. She helped me choose a 10k gold chain for my girlfriend. The prices are fair compared to other big name jewelers. They are extremely professional and offer great insight. They were very helpful and I will be returning for future purchases.

This was my first visit ever to Matthew Erickson jewelers, but I will definitely come back here for all my future jewelry needs. I initially came to get my wedding and engagement rings resized. I also brought in some old gold and silver to be applied toward the cost. Marge was fantastic in assisting me! In fact, she immediately saw that the stone on my engagement ring was about ready to fall out (which another jeweler store in town had not caught)!

I decided to get a new setting and Marge worked with me for quite awhile to find the perfect one. I absolutely absolutely love it! Also, I anniversary band to be sized and it was found that the undercarriage was deteriorating. The jeweler resized everything, rebuilt, and cleaned everything to perfection. In addition, when my husband went to pick up my rings, Marge helped pick out a beautiful unique ring for my Christmas present at a very reasonable price! Thank you Marge and Matthew Erickson!
