New star Jewelers are very good, kind and considerate people. I've have my watch repaired there. I've had jewelry repaired there and have purchased jewelry there. They have a fine establishment. And I enjoy going there.

The owner stole my antique silver ring I had repaired by giving me something made of cheap metals. The original damage was caused by driving over it. This finished ring she insist is antique silver broke in two weeks. l didn't retaliate, I'm leaving this in gods hands. Her false works will reveal itself

Rebecca took good care of what I needed done. Appreciate them being friendly and able to take care of my watch battery changes while I waited.

Went in to get two watches tuned up. One was no longer in production but had sentimental value, they were able to replace the battery and bring it back to life no questions asked. Had a new watch adjusted - didn't like the feel exactly a few weeks later. They were more than willing to walkthrough multiple adjustments with me when I went in a second time, free of charge since I had paid for the adjustment initially, to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent service.

Love going to Newstar for Jewelry! The only place we go for jewelry or service and cleaning on my pieces. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable about all the lines they carry. If they don't have what you are looking for they will do everything in their power to find it. Theresa just did that for us so we could give our youngest granddaughter a Pearl bracelet similar to the one we gave her sister a few years ago. Picked it up today from Rebecca and it is so adorable! This place has outstanding service! My husband and I decided spontaneously to get married and on only two week's notice. It meant a lot to me to have his wedding ring engraved before the wedding. I called at least a dozen jewelers, all of which immediately refused to do so on such short notice. except for Newstar. Theresa and Rebecca went out of their way to make sure that it was done to my satisfaction and in time.

Because of this experience, I felt confident when I called on them again for a more complicated project. I had a pendant that I wanted to have reconfigured into a new design. After searching for an existing piece and not finding it, Theresa suggested that she could actually bend and reshape my piece into what I desired. I'll admit, I was a bit nervous, but she guaranteed her results.

When I picked the finished product up, all I can say it that it was breathtaking! It was exactly as promised and even better than I could have imagined. And the price was so reasonable! Thank you, Theresa! You weren't there the day I picked it up so I missed the opportunity to tell you how completely happy I am. Newstar is now my forever jeweler and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
