Becky Taggart Redmond has been making jewelry since 1973. At Voyagers Jewelry, you will work with a knowledgeable staff, who all design and create jewelry by hand. We also repair jewelry and work with customers on custom designs. G.I.A. trained personnel provide estate and insurance appraisals. We take pride in doing all work in house. It is not unusual to find one or two adopted retired racing greyhounds lounging under a display case or in front of the limestone fireplace. Once you approve the wax carving, the piece is cast, stones set, polished and ready for you to pick up.

I have worked with Becky and her staff on several pieces of jewelry over the course of 15 years and they have continually exceeded my expectations. They listen well and incorporate my ideas, along with making very fine suggestions so that the end results are amazing. My most recent project was to turn a beautiful diamond solitaire wedding ring in to an Art Deco design that didn't look like a wedding ring. It is stunning and I couldn't be happier.

After shopping around my husband and I decided to have Voyagers design and create my ring. Despite being COVID-19 time, the process went very smoothly, and the results were stunning! Rings of similar price at the chain jewelers stores around Madison were no where near the quality! We felt that we received much more value for the price that we would have received elsewhere.

I was recently gifted my mothers old wedding ring, it was taken to Voyagers to be separated from the engagement ring and cleaned. I got it back a couple weeks ago and wore it for the first time yesterday. A couple hours later, I looked down at my finger and realized a prong had broken and I had lost a diamond. It was brought back today to see what they could do about it, and we were adamantly told it was MY fault the ring they JUST worked on has broken after two hours of wear and that I must have bumped into/ got it caught on something and that there was nothing they could do.
My mother wore this ring every day for 7+ years and never lost a diamond. We will not support this business again and wouldn't recommend taking anything with even a little sentimental value there, as the quality of their work clearly cannot be trusted, and their lack of empathy is concerning and willingness to amend the situation is nonexistent. My parents' wedding ring was extremely sentimental and important to me, and now a piece of it is gone forever.
