Located between Randall and Orchard Streets; Capitol Lock & Security and the Big Ten Pub are our neighbors. Rocky's Pizza is across the street from us. I've been a customer of Studio Jewelers for over 20 years. Hannah and her staff are professional, helpful and talented. They take time to learn what's important to you in a piece of jewelry you want to create for yourself or for a loved one. There is also a wide selection of beautifully crafted pieces readily available for purchase by talented artisans. I highly recommend this wonderful local store.

Hannah and everyone at Studio Jewlers have been amazing to us since we first visited 10+ years ago to buy Engagement and Wedding rings. My wife and I have long since left Madison, but every time we come back we always come back to have our rings cleaned, and make a purchase of something special to take home with us. The opals went tend to go for and their settings are always divine, and I love that there's a little bit of story and personality in each piece.
Our latest visit a couple weeks back, I was delighted to see the team taking precautions for themselves and their customers: requiring vaccination status, masks, and having a high standard of hygeine throughout to keep everyone safe. I knew that being here was not putting us at undue risk, and the care here was well appreciated. Hannah's home backed Christmas cookies were a definite treat! Studio Jewlers remains a high recommendation all these years later, and they all remain a highlight for trips back to the city. Thank you!

Another triumph! I have been a devotee of Studio Jewelers for well over 15 years now and have never been disappointed - and this time they surpassed themselves! The pendant we created for a very signature birthday for my wife was the result of Hannah and her entire team collaborating with me and doing it all within about a week and a half! My wife could not have been happier!
But that is why I am a loyal customer. I have bought my jewelry almost exclusively from Studio Jewelers. The quality and style of the jewelry that they offer is second to none (as my checking account will attest!). I have absolute confidence in the workmanship and value of the pieces that I have purchased. My only complaint is that I find something that I want every time I drop in so I have to limit my visits!

Let me start out by saying that I have never written a negative review before, and I am not doing so lightly, but my experience at Studio Jewelers has deeply upset me. I would strongly caution anyone from giving Studio Jewelers any business. My husband I have been Studio Jewelers' customers since 1992. We had our original wedding rings made here as well as new wedding rings made around 10 years later and several other custom jewelry pieces over the years.
We have been consistently pleased with the craftsmanship, and since I immigrated to America in 1992, I have never went to any other jeweler. My experience with the owner and all members of the staff was pleasant while my husband was alive and well; I interacted with the owner on several occasions during that time and she was always polite and amicable.
I had planned for some time to make a ring out of an opal my daughter had brought me from Australia and I left the stone at Studio Jewelers, fully intending to make a ring as soon as possible. In 2016, my husband was diagnosed with dementia; years previous, it was evident his cognition was declining, but we didn't receive full confirmation until that year, and his health sadly rapidly declined from there.
I stayed in contact with Studio Jewelers and the owner throughout that time to let them know why I had to delay construction of the ring, what with my husband's illness, his eventual death in 2018, and the Coronavirus pandemic. Two weeks ago, I finally felt like I was in a good place to make the ring. I was excited. I was speaking to an attendant at the door to inquire about the opal I had left at Studio Jewelers and the owner kept interjecting and making snide and dismissive remarks as if I wasn't a customer and equal but some despicable lowlife.
I told her that I had been a loyal customer for decades. She snapped, "Like thousands of others." Never have I experienced this level of blatant disrespect and disregard. Nonetheless, I tried to diffuse the situation, figuring that she was stressed, because they said they had a showcase coming up. I kindly requested the attendant give me a call when the opal was found, so that I could schedule an appointment at their earliest convenience.
The attendant called a few days later and left a voicemail, letting me know that the opal was found and to schedule an appointment with the goldsmith. I promptly called and scheduled an appointment with the goldsmith for last Thursday at 1pm. I arrived for the appointment and the attendant handed me the opal without saying a word. I said, "Wait, I'm here for an appointment." The attendant told me to wait a minute and that she would talk to the owner.
The attendant came back and told me that the owner wanted me to just take the opal and leave. They refused to let me in or discuss the matter further. I will never return as a customer.

Love Studio Jewelers! I brought in my 25-year-old falling-to-pieces engagement ring and they helped me find a lovely new setting for the stone that was true to the original. They had a great selection of settings, superior to that of other jewelers I visited. I think other jewelers thought I was a small fish not likely to buy a bigger diamond. Studio employees treated me and my project with care and enthusiasm. They also did a great job repairing other family heirloom jewelry that I brought in. Five stars in all regards.

Incredibly nice people with prompt and quality service. They expertly were able to repair a ring that needed resizing and refinishing, and sent us out the door having gotten to taste their homemade chocolates! If we are ever in need of new jewelry or further jewelry service, we will think of these people first.

I fell in love with their gallery online and enjoyed the atmosphere in store even more. They have a wide array of designers and artist's works on display and we're cordial and welcoming as I tried on potential rings. I learned the back story of the jewelry I was interested in and felt valued throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a jeweler close to downtown Madison for our wedding, and I'm glad we found Studio Jewelers! They have been great, appraising and resizing an heirloom ring, and they offered us multiple options for resizing with bands! They helped us pick out a wedding band, going through multiple types and styles until we found the right type for us. They also assisted with with multiple cleanings as we got close to the date, and the store cat is always a joy. Highly recommended!
