Morays Jewelers have long been a fixture in downtown Miami, but our roots stretch even further back to Austria, where the great-grandfather of the shop's current owner, Sandy Hequin, was born. In the early 1900s, he emigrated to New York City and made a life for himself and his family by selling pocket watches from a pushcart along the legendary Orchard Street.
Bob's Watches is the World's First and only Pre-Owned Rolex Exchange where consumers can get fair market value when they buy, sell, and trade vintage and used Rolex timepieces. This unique Aqua Terra collection is all about color, with a range of new shades that follow the spectrum from ocean to earth. Two different sizes are available, with entirely polished stainless steel cases either in 38 mm or 34 mm, and all presented with a Co-Axial Master Chronometer movement. Which one do you love best?

Scammers. Be careful. I's been a customer for years and bought at least 5 very expensive expensive watches. But when there was a problem they flaked out. I boughy me a very expensive Cartier watch for my wife several years ago that never worked. I took it several times to fix it during the warranty period and it came back and worked for only 30 min and broke again.
Once the warranty expired they charged me a few times several hundred dollars for fixes that never worked. After so much frustration I took it to an official Cartier store which did not honor the warranty because it was already serviced by Moray's. And also they brought to my attention that they sold me a watch that was outside the US system. So they registered it and now I am offically covered and with warranty.
The watch works well for the first time since I bought it 3 years ago. I went back and told them the story that I expected a reimbursement of their failed fixes and they denied it. They even told me I made a mistake taking it to Cartier that I should have taken back to them and that official Cartier were lying to me. Truth is the only liars are them. Beware of unscrupulous, ruthless liars. Wont buy anymore from them. They dont value goos customers. Dont buy a thing there!

I have to say I'm not a big fan of leaving reviews but here it goes. This experience, which if I'm being honest was my first Jewelry buying one was truly amazing. I walked in to Morays, nervous and intimidated due to my lack of knowledge. But all of those fears along with sweaty palms disappeared once I was approached by Felipe. Truly a gentleman who knows his source material. Got the bracelet my girlfriend wanted as well as the knowledge behind why she likes it so much. Definitely earned me some extra points at home. Will be coming back for more due to knowing that Morays will For sure have my back. Thank you guys for all you do!

Hands down the best experiences I've had in a Jewelery store have been at Morays Jewelers. The staff is super attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! It is no surprise this store has been around for so long, there's no place else like it. If you are looking for an enjoyable Jewelery buying experience, Morays is the place to go - you will not be disappointed. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Moreys Jewelers was the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a jewelry store. I was quoted a price from Beau the owner three times to fix my wedding band. Three weeks later he decided to change his mind about the quote and I never had my ring fixed. I was going to wear it to my daughters wedding. The staff was very rude. There are plenty of great jewelry stores to go to. I would never recommend Morays Jewelers

Moray Jewelers was hands down the best experience I've ever had with purchasing jewelry. I told Christopher and Beau my price range and they went above and beyond to find me the perfect engagement ring. They also explained everything and helped me understand my purchase! 100% will be going back for my wedding bands!

I went into Morays to buy a watch for my father. The sales staff was extremely welcoming and patient with me as I asked several questions. I walked away with exactly what I was looking for. It was a professional shopping experience, all in all. I absolutely recommend Morays to anyone looking to buy jewelry for someone special.

Amazing Selection! I was looking for an unique engagement ring and once I walked into Morays I knew my search was over. The extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff educated me on the different options, and I never felt pressured to buy. I ultimately found the perfect ring for the most important women in my life. Thank you Morays!

As someone who does not know much about jewelry, the sales staff at Moray's was very welcoming and good about answering my questions. I bought earrings for my mother and they walked me through the entire process with courtesy and class. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of buying for a special person in their life. They have a great selection of watches as well as jewelry.

I came here to see Omega Speedmaster and Nomos World-Time. Len was really easy going and patient with me, showed me all the watches and let me go through my own process of elimination. I even had the pleasure of drinking coffee made by a Cuban Coffee master (she works there too) her coffee was amazing! Len is going to be my go-to guy from now on. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience Len! P.S. I ended up choosing Nomos World-Time.

Just purchased my 4th watch from Moray's. The sales associate was Len. I was treated just as good on my 4th purchase as I was on my 1st. Len, Sandra and the Owner each attended to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. I have never left the store second guessing my purchase. I always feel that I could have done better when I buy a high end product, but at Morays, and with the help of Len, I can honestly say I leave feeling as if I was the one who took advantage of them.
Most other jewelers, after you made your purchase, you feel as if they got the better part of the deal. Morays specializes in giving customers the best price in the business, but more than that, the service and attention is second to none. I am not being paid for this, nor am I getting any special discounts, nor am I the kind of consumer who ever writes a review.
But I felt an obligation, especially to Len, to let other's know that if they are interested in high end Watch, I would put my hand in the fire for both Moray's and Len, and lets not forget Sandra who is also part of a great team. It will put your mind at ease, in the very least, to visit morays and compare the purchase you will make in another store.
I am certain that you will feel the same way I feel. Just walk in, ask for Len, and let them work for you because that is what they do. And bottom line, at the end of the day, it is money spent, and I have yet to see prices lower than moray's including all the sites I visited on the internet. Thanks to Len, Sandra and owner Sandy, who, unlike most owners of expensive retail jewelry stores, Sandy does take an interest in you getting what you want at the best possible price. Ask for Len.

Below average place. Big and cluttered. Excellent watch selection but un-attentive service (vs. Kirk's, my other review, which is fantastic). Worth checking out to see if they have the specific thing you want, but overall, nothing special and actually disappointing since it could be so so so much better.

I had a terrible experience here. I went in to inquire about appraising and adding a ring guard to my engagement ring. The man I spoke with treated both me and my ring with utter disdain, including offering his unsolicited opinion that my ring was not worth anything close to what my fiance paid for it (without having done any kind of formal appraisal, of course). I left in tears. It was really awful.

In April 2010 I purchased a two-ring set from this business in anticipation of my wedding which was to take place the next month. One of the rings was in stock and was fully paid for. The second ring had to be ordered, and I placed a deposit on the payment of the second ring. The rings were marketed and sold as a set. I would not have bought either of the rings in the set individually, and purchased the two rings only because they were sold as and intended to be worn as a set.
At the time of the purchase, the company represented that it would attempt to have the second ring available by the date of the wedding, i.e. approximately a month and a half after the April purchase date. The wedding came and went without the second ring. Despite my repeated requests as to the status of the ring and the company's repeated representations that the second ring's arrival was imminent, the second ring never came in. Frustrated by the months-long delay, in July I requested a refund of the deposit on the second ring, which was provided and, because it was intended to be worn and was sold as a two-piece set, also requested to return the first ring for a full and complete refund.
Despite discussions with the sales associate and in-store manager, my request for a refund on the first ring was refused. The sales associate denied that the rings were sold as a set and, indeed, accused my wife of lying as to this issue. At the time that I requested to return the first ring by virtue of the company's failure to provide the second ring, it was revealed by the company for the first time that international orders of this nature often take months to be fulfilled.
The months-long process of obtaining such jewelry items was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase in April nor at any point prior to the time that I requested a refund in July, and this information was in contradiction to the company's repeated statements that the second ring's arrival would be shortly forthcoming in a matter of days. Similarly, on that same date it was also revealed by the company that the ring manufacturer had sent two incorrect versions of the second ring and that these mistakes by the manufacturer had contributed to the unreasonable delay in the delivery of the second ring.
The company never disclosed this fact to me at the numerous times that I called to request an update on the second ring's status; rather, it continually represented that the second ring's arrival was imminent. In sum, the company's statements as to the timeframe for the second ring's arrival were extremely misleading. Instead of being delivered in a matter of days, the second ring would realistically, at best, be delivered in a matter of months.
If I knew that it was to take such a lengthy period of time after the wedding in order to receive the second ring of the set, I would have never bought the first ring of the set nor made a deposit for the second ring. After much pressure, the company at last took back the first ring and refunded the amount, but made sure to make the refund process as difficult and arduous as possible (it took me waiting in the store for over an hour for them to process the refund). My advice: AVOID!
