We started our journey at USA Jewels with my husband getting batteries for our watches and him buying watches for himself. I went with him one day and fell in love with the store and the people there. I got my wedding ring reset and an emerald ring on that day. Since then I've bought 2 more rings an a diamond bracelet. Their styles, quality, prices and knowledge are unbeatable. I will be shopping there for many years to come, I suggest you do the same. Kim is my new BFF, Dave, Deep and Kelly, they are all great!

I needed my engagement ring resized and they did an amazing job. I cannot even tell that my ring went from a size 7 to a size 5.5, not a mark on-site and for reasonable price. Trusting someone with your engagement ring is really hard but they made me feel comfortable and got everything done in less than an hour. Super friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about jewelry and helped us look into wedding bands that suit me and my fiance very well. Im glad I found this place and came.

I usually never write reviews but the jewelry quality and staff goes above and beyond anywhere else. PERIOD! They just opened a gorgeous new storefront and it's a staple of SoFlo. Been going here for years and they're my jewelers for life. Deep is especially attentive and skilled at what he does. A true expert of anything and everything shiny!

I recently had a ring repair done and also purchased a ring while I was there to drop off the repair. The owner, the staff, were wonderful to work with. A digit in my address was incorrect so the mailing to me got held up. Their response was quick, professional, and complete. I couldn't be happier! I'm sure my wife will love the new ring too!

I highly recommend USA Jewels in Deerfield Beach FL. I had lost the stone in a ring and I needed it repaired. I went on Yelp and to my surprise I was able to get estimates from multiple jewelers. USA Jewels was the first to respond and were professional and very reasonable with their estimates. I dropped my ring off on Tuesday and had it back on Thursday.
It looks beautiful! I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Kim could not have been nicer as well as the member of the staff who responded to my Yelp request. Kudos to USA Jewels!

Friendly service. This is a jeweler that truly cares about his customers. Dave and his staff made a custom insert ring for my engagement ring which came out absolutely beautiful and a showstopper. The owner focuses on craftsmanship and doesn't compromise workmanship and quality. I would recommend this store and the staff to any one looking for jewelry.

I am amazed by the outstanding customer care at this store, nice work Kelly. i was in town for business and wanted to pickup something for my wife. I walked in with a very specific request and even though they may of not had exactly what I wanted they came up with a solution that was a good price and high quality. A friend of mine recommended USA Jewels to me. I live in Connecticut so this was going to be an online purchase. I spoke to Dave and sent him a picture of a Halo Ring my wife wanted for our 25th Anniversary. I wanted the best I could get for $5000 and it needed to include a matching platinum wedding band. Well. within a weeks time a gorgeous ring showed up at my door.

Bought two rings on a cruise. Thought we were getting a great deal. BOTH RINGS HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. We fixed the ladies ring at our own expense. The second ring I thought I would contact them about replacing the stone. Dave promise he would send a return label. no contact after that and no return label. He told me the ring was a $199 special. We paid over $700. Didn't want money back just repaired.
The ring turned out to be 10k gold over sterling. Not what they claimed when we purchase. It was supposed to be 10k gold. I learned a great lesson on that trip. We will not ever buy jewelry from USA Jewelry. Don't buy Jewelry on cruises or Vacation spots.
