Nemaro Jewelers were recommended by a friend and I was very happy with the experience. Monica helped me purchase a diamond pendant for my wife. I live out of state now so the whole deal was done over the phone with pictures being texted. She made the process extremely easy for me. It was shipped quickly, and the pendant looks gorgeous. The price was also fair. I'd definitely recommend this establishment.

Alex and his team at Nemaro jewelers were great from beginning to end. I was in the market for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend and he was able to guide me through the whole process. UPDATE: Alex and his staff are just the best. I lost my earring back and they replaced it at no cost to me after making sure that it fit and was the correct tension so I won't lose it again. THANK YOU! Just. WOW. If you are buying jewelry, THIS is where you need to buy! Alex and his staff are professional and welcoming and knowledgeable. I have been in search of a pair of diamond earrings for ages and Alex helped me very quick understand the "4 C's, " showed me several options and gave me a killer deal.

Time and time again i have turned to Nemaro jewelers for new and pre-owned mint new like luxurious watches and diamond jewelry. The staff and team at Nemaro, including Alex (owner) are outstanding at finding any luxury watch or jewelry diamond gold you can imagine. I just picked up my 6th watch from them today a special order Cartier Drive new condition mint w box papers and saved over $1800 compared to Mayors or Tourneau.

Not even 1 scratch on it, and my 5 other watches perfect condition. I trust Alex and the entire staff for all my jewelry cleaning, watch services (saves $600 Brietling complete service) and they are the best group of professional jewelers I've dealt with at Seabold bldg. he also backs every watch up with service repair warranty and ive never bought any watches in past (Cartier Rolex) that had any problems same w rings and jewelry.

Absolutely the best selection and he can also special order some rare watches at times with great prices that cant be beat by any REPUTABLE jeweler.some may sell a bit less (pawn shops ebay etc.but the price difference i found negligible compared with quality of watch and jewelry you get.

I was referred here from family friend to have my Cartier Serviced and Polished. The owner, Alex, was very helpful. My family have for years have purchased watches & jewlery from Nemaro. Compared to Tourneau amd Mayors, cost quote for routine service Cartier and polish was more reasonable than $500+ Mayors quoted. My watch came back in perfect condition 5 days later (compared w 4 week quote from boutique jewler), clean and polished and Chrono now works.

I went back on Valentines Day Alex found a beautiful 18k gold diamond sapphire evil eye bracelet for my wife. Great price, unique style, and nice package wrapping. Alex nailed the gift style my wife would like (since i had hard time choosing). This will definitely be my local Jewler from now on and seem homest, very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

This is my 5th purchase past 3 years from Alex and Nemaro Jewlery staff. I purchased a velaggio 3 set stack emerald/rub/diamond/gold ring set that Alex found for me. The best thing about this Jewler is that they are family owned and customer Service is priority. They are honest, and always strive to have perfect customer service and quality. Hats off to nemaro once again! Not only do they have amazing jewelry at reasonable prices, but they are a company made up of wonderful people who are helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. I've been shopping here for years because the quality is amazing and the service is better. I had purchased a watch a while back from them and needed to replace the battery.

With high end watches you really have to be careful where you take them due to bait and switch. Well, let me tell you, the watch's battery did need to be replaced, but the owner noted something was off with the mechanism and took it upon himself to give it a full service to assure my beautiful watch continues to work for years to come at no additional expense to me.

The owners here really understand good business practices and go above and beyond to maintain their reputation and assure repeat business. Anytime I go to nemaros I feel like family and am treated with great respect and have never had a pushy sales experience. I even wanted a certain discontinued watch and Alex went above and beyond to hunt for the watch and assured the pristine quality before he even called me to advise he was able to locate it. I cannot stop raving about them to everyone I know because they earn each time I go. Way to go!

In addition to all the normal things you'd find at a jewelry store, they carry some very unique pieces and even will custom design whatever you have in mind! He has designed one-of-a-kind pieces for a few members of our family and friends. The most important thing you can look for in a jeweler is someone you can trust and build a relationship. I went to this place today to do a deal with the appraisal man and the guy was a waist of time. I brought him my Rolex and told me the best he could do was $4800 while other dealers offered me $5500. The guy told me I waisted his time and that time is valuable and took off to the back.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible at answering emails and even worse calling them on the phone to get information about a ring they listed but clearly know nothing about. How are you going to have a ring available but not know any information on it? When you're looking to spend that kind of money you would think the sales people would do whatever it takes to help you out. Would never ever spend one dollar with this company, they wasted enough of my time.

I can't thank you guys enough! Everyone at Nemaro was so pleasant and helpful from the get-go. They had the patience to guide me through the engagement selection process, which was nerve-racking up to the point I entered their store. Their selections had me at ease. I can say beyond a doubt, I found the PERFECT RING. Ivette and Alex then educated me on diamonds, helping me choose one that had my FIANCE in awe! I will definitely be returning when it is time to size up.

Was recommended to Nemaro by a friend. My 10 year wedding anniversary is approaching and went to them to upgrade the diamond on my wedding ring. They bought back my old diamond and used the credit towards a new one. They have a vast selection in all price ranges. I also left them my band for polishing. I went back to pick up my ring and I couldn't believe it was the same ring I had been wearing for 10 years! Looked like a brand new ring! Love it! Ivett and Alex are the sweetest! Do not trust this jeweler! Sold me a $5000 necklace which turned out to be broken, not repairable and refuses to offer more than $70 credit. Probably because I live in Canada and he thinks I can't do anything about it. Shops like this are part of the reason Miami's reputation is becoming so bad. Just down the mall on the same side of the hall is a great "little" shop that treated me well and sold me some very nice diamond and emerald earrings. Shop there instead.
