Saw an add on offer up i texted them got a prompt reply. I went in met monica who assisted me with my purchase and gave me a GOOD deal the staff was friendly and my wife loves her watch. I will have to go back and get it sized for her wrist in a couple weeks. They have a wide variety of watches and will work with you on the price they even offer law a away. I recently purchased a watch from Gables Pawn & Jewelry on E-Bay and am really impressed! The watch is pre owned, but it's in such good shape that it looks brand new. Gables Pawn had the watch mailed to an authenticator the same day I paid them, and it was at my door two days later. It came in a beautiful wooden presentation box because the original box was not available. I plan to buy from this business again in the future. The quality and professionalism were both top notch!

They had a higher-end watch listed on ebay and although I was a little hesitant I took the plunge. When the watch arrived I could tell it had been well taken care of. Very satisfied with our transaction and I would definitely do business with them in the future.

Horrible horrible service! One of the guys working there especially who I guess is owner is very rude! Past weekend went in there to sell watch and gold bracelet. watch he made it seem was a piece of crap and he gold bracelet a fake. They even broke t to check and told us is fake. Just went to today to the seybold building in Miami and they confirmed was gold. this pawn shop sucks! Even the Rolex they have don't look anything spectacular. I wouldn't t recommend this place at all!

I have been coming here for quite a number of years. They are trustworthy and fair in the prices given for your old jewelry and scrap gold. If you need cash, you can pawn your jewelry and get good $$ for your things. They work with you with the amount you need. The watches and jewelry they sell are first rate. You can buy with confidence; they will stand behind their product. Really enjoy just going there and learning about different pieces and the value of jewelry. Friendly and very knowledgeable about watches.

I went to this store today and as I entered the store I didn't know what to expect is not often I visit a pawn store, the reception wasn't welcoming and the few words exchanged with the man behind the counter were very minimal to say the least. Although the place wasn't busy he didn't care enough and it show, he simply dismissed us as puny ants, no eye contact turn his back on us like we weren't there.

Took in my watch, which was 3 months old, and they tried ripping me off! Donny called me, quoting me $450, and said excuse after excuse on how messed up the watch was and that it takes a while to fix. I called him back saying I will pick it up and to not do the job. Days later, I went to Ricky (Universal Watch Repair), and the only thing that was wrong with the watch was the battery. I paid $5 and my watch runs perfectly now. Highly recommend to stay away from them.

This is the first ever Yelp posting I make and I truly believe Gables Pawn deserves it. For many years I have been in the hunt for the perfect Rolex watch. Nothing demonstrates status and success like a Rolex timepiece. My nephew recommended Gables Pawn since he has purchased various watches from them. At first I was skeptical, but again, I would not be taking my time to write this review. Gables Pawn was able to find the mint quality pre-owned Rolex Datejust II Rolesor Black Roman Dial I have been looking for. I commend them for their perseverance in finding my latest acquisition. Gables Pawn's service is top notch! Cant thank you enough!

Worst jewerly store ever. Dont ever waste your time, there rude & dont HELP how they should. Jewerlers are so hard to find nowadays, your leaving your personal belongings with them. Sad. And the gentlemen that helped was Ray. Please run. Thanks

I inherited a two-tone Rolex Datejust that was originally purchased in 1983 and worn as a daily watch. It definitely showed some wear. Gables Pawn & Jewelry offers a reasonably priced refinishing service. I brought the watch in on a Monday and was told it would be ready for pickup by the following Thursday; they actually called Wednesday late afternoon to say it would be ready.

The refinished watch came out terrific, looking 95% of new. I was very pleased. The staff here were also pleasant, polite, and helpful, and resized the watch for me upon pickup without hesitation. I highly recommend their refinishing service.

VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO DEAL WITH! I didn't get his name, but the watchmaker/ service guy that helped me was truly awesome to deal with! He took care of me so I wouldn't have to wait Ray or Howard to come came from lunch and when they did, he promptly got them up to speed on what I needed. There selection of watches and some unique jewelry pieces was nice, and all seemed well priced. Will definitely use GP&J again!

My husband and I were looking to sell a couple of watches and found this place. It's a little out of the ways for us (Broward) but looking at their reviews online and such and they seemed like the place to go to. First off this place is not a typical pawn shop. Once you go through their secure doors you're in a place that looks more like a nice jewelry/ watch store. There's nice art hanging on the walls and chill music playing.

If I remember correctly they had two showcases full of Rolex watches and another 5 or so display cases of Cartier and other nice watches. We were promptly greeted with a smile. The rest was pretty easy. We showed them the watches that we wanted to sell and they gave us a solid offer pretty quickly. We actually got what we paid for the watches about 5 years ago so we were really happy with our transaction. I'll check them out for sure the next time I want to buy a watch! Definitely worth a look!
