Took my watch there for its first battery replacement. When I called to check the status, I was told they had to send it to the factory and the cost would be $65! I only paid $90 for the watch! Plus, I should've been told it would have to go back to the factory BEFORE IT WAS SENT and given me the option to say "yea" or "nay." I protested so strongly that the owner took off half. Never again.

Learned of this establishment from an article featuring black-owned businesses in Richmond. Visited on a Saturday and it was packed with patrons. At the time, they were a little short staffed but everyone was patient and the owner did his best to assist. My only complaint. I wish they had a better selection of fine jewelry. Nonetheless, I purchased a bracelet that was on consignment from a local designer. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I will definitely return again, but probably on a weekday.

Not impressed! I had my bracelet i got for Christmas sized here and the quality of the work was sloppy! Thankful its not that noticeable, however it wasn't a persist job at all. While i was here picking up my bracelet, i got two of my watch batteries replaced and the owner wouldn't even give me a $1 off. Great way to get new customers to return.
