Great Experience! I recently took my watch to William Jeffrey's to have a few links removed. They could not have been professional and courteous to me and my family.

Highly recommend for all your jewelry services. They have brought my diamond ring back to life. They are very personable and make you feel welcome. They are not just trying to make a sale. They work with you to find what is best for you.

I went to William Jeffries to have a custom ring designed using my late mothers engagement ring. I met Cesar and he assisted me throughout the process. He listened to my wants and provided a lot of insight that I would not have thought of. The entire process was easy and the communication I received from Cesar was much appreciated. I felt very comfortable and trusted his knowledge. My ring came out beautiful! I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend William Jeffrey's for all of your jewelry needs.

I recently moved into the area from out of state and was looking for a local Jewelry Store. Everyone there, especially Cesar, was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice friendly and knowledgeable Jewelry Store.

We recently needed to have a repair done at William Jeffrey's Jewelers and were more than impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the staff. We have lived in this area for eight years and never ventured in but after our recent experience, we will become customers for life.

One of the most pleasent experiences I've had at a jeweler. I came here in a rush because I was leaving out of the country in a week. Cesar and another associate made sure I was well taken care of by not only expediting the shipment of my ring but by also taking their time to help me choose the perfect ring. My finance is in love with it and so am I.

The type of experience that you would expect from a big box store in the mall when purchasing jewelry, but certainly not what you would expect from a local business. The employees will contact you up until they have a sale made and then when satisfaction with a custom made ring is not met, they do not follow up on promises made and exhibit no sympathy toward fixing problems for the customer, offering solutions going forward, or any effort toward creating lifelong customers.

As a new resident of the area, extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed and I will be sure to NOT recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for jewelry in the area.

William Jeffrey's Jewelers does a fine job every time. I have had multiple pieces of jewelry repaired at this shop. The staff is always kind and helpful, and the work is complete in a timely manner. I will continue to come here in the future as the need arises.

I just bought a diamond and ruby ring to celebrate my 35th wedding anniversary. My husband died in October, 2019. We were planning on doing something big. I bought this ring instead. I know my husband would be pleased. It is absolutely gorgeous! Caesar did a wonderful job. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. My ring fit me perfectly without being sized. I know it was meant to be.

Highly Recommended, Cesar went above and beyond. He helped me create the most PERFECT custom engagement ring in the middle of a pandemic. It was even done 4 weeks before I needed it. I was looking for a LOCAL jewelry store to purchase items for birthdays, weddings, graduations and do repairs. I wanted to have my wedding band enlarged same depth and width. I thought the workmanship and the quality would be much better than a mall. When I received my ring it was extremely THIN around the ring. I spoke to the manager and to the owner.

I really didn't mind spending the money wedding bands are so sentimental. Needless to say no resolution. I wanted to support local small businesses in my area. The owner didn't mind telling me about his home in Florida. The salesman continue to tell me about his training in New York City! Big deal! I chose small business because I wanted quality workmanship. OFF TO THE MALL I GO!

I have so far only purchased two pieces from William Jeffrey's but here is why my next jewelry purchase will come from them. Uniqueness and lack of pretense; two qualities hard to find in jewelry stores. The few times I have been in there Cesar Gomez ( a Graduate Gemologist) has a great eye. He looks at what pieces of jewelry I am wearing and matches my taste exactly.

I also like that there isn't a lot of pretension or high pressure. If I like a piece, I might not buy it that day but for sure I will remember it. They offer a great selection of uniquely crafted beautiful jewelry. Another plus, you can "test drive" a piece for a week and return it if you're dissatisfied. Considering some jewelry is close to a multiple car payments; I like that. Great location, check them out.

I had my diamond reset in a new ring setting. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. My ring is gorgeous. Will definitely go back!

I cannot say enough about how great this place is. I've been wanting to reset my diamond solitaire, and my sister-in-law has raved about Jeff for years. The original setting on my ring set the diamond very high, and even with the platinum setting it would become loose and I felt I couldn't wear it all the time. I was explaining this to Jeff, and was wishing out loud that I could get a setting that allows me to wear the ring all the time, but that I work out with weights, play tennis, and work in an animal shelter. Jeff showed me a ring that was designed for a triathlete who wanted to be able to wear her ring all the time and it was exactly what I wanted!

We added 2 more stones to my solitaire, the setting is beautiful, yet very sturdy - Jeff and the staff were wonderful to work with, and I am over-the-moon thrilled with my ring. Oh, and I was surprised by the price - in a good way! Jeff was able to set the ring how I wanted yet he was able to stay within my budget. He has a life-long customer in me!

This place is fantastic. I feel bad that the previous reviewer had a bad experience, because I couldn't have asked for a better one. When I first walked in the store, I was not accosted or bothered, I was able to browse the inventory in peace. When I did ask for assistance, the staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all the dumb questions I had as a guy about to make the biggest financial decision of his life.

I had only a rough image in my head of the ring I wanted to give my girl, and it did not fit a common mold. Jeff worked with me personally over months to make sure that she got exactly what she wanted; I honestly cannot believe how well it turned out. He and his staff made sure I was comfortable with the process and kept me in the loop at every step along the way, from choosing the right stone to picking the perfect mount.

He also worked with me to make sure that price was within our agreed budget at every step as well. I never once felt pressured into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. As someone who worked in sales, I was very impressed with William Jeffrey's professionalism. They are people who clearly care about what they do. As a side note. The girl absolutely loved it; she said yes! 10/10 would recommend!

It's not every day that you buy high end jewelry. It's reserved for those truly special moments in life where nothing but the absolute best will do. I'm so glad that I chose to go to William Jeffrey's--an incredible selection, great atmosphere, and competitive pricing. But more than anything, the friendly and approachable sales team was helpful but not pushy, friendly but professional. They have won themselves a lifelong customer. I will absolutely go back and tell anyone who will listen to do the same.

This is not a place that you can go to browse. I went it in just to look because this place has been near where I go shopping for a year or so. I just wanted to see what they had but the sales people are ON YOU from the moment you step in. Not kidding, they wanted my first and last name, address, job, husband's name, phone, email, I can't believe I've gotten out of there with out giving them a blood sample! I gave them fake info and ran. I wasn't even buying. That's no way to get money out of me, which was clearly what they were trying to do. DON'T GO THERE.
