Charlie is simply the best. I as well as many members of my extended family have purchased many items over the past 30 years from the Gold Lady. The quality and service that we have received is top notch, from new purchases and repairs(I am a little rough on my jewelry!) to remounting "old" jewelry into updated and stunning new settings, I have always left with a smile on my face. There is no other jewelry store that I would purchase from, I highly recommend The Gold Lady.

I came in today I called ahead of time asking if they could take a look at my ring and test it because I didn't know what metal it was they said they would and when I got there they won't even test it This review was taken down somehow this was from a week ago if it is taken down again I will be reporting to the bureau a better Business You never fully told me what it was I asked you if you could please test it and you refused then rudely walked away from me I tried to say something to you further and you would not say a single word to me maybe you should show the whole surveillance video and show the whole truth or are you too afraid to show the truth to your customers.

The proper response from a professional businessman would have been could you please wait a few minutes while I take care of this customer then I will come over and help you you did neither of those what you did was very poor professionalism on your part sir I try to explain to you that I'm a metal detectorist I'm looking for someone that I can bring jewelry to as well and you wouldn't even listen to me like if I was not worth your time I ended up having that actually tested and it turns out to be 14 karat white gold you lost my business and I hope you lose many many more customers the way you treat people

Back in 2015, my fiance (now my wife) and I went to Gold Lady Jewelers to pick out a wedding band for me for our upcoming wedding. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I needed a little help from a knowledgeable jeweler. No more than 5 minutes after meeting with Charlie, with his assistance, we had picked out the most perfect 14k white gold ring for me. Fast-forward almost 7 years later, I have lost over 100 lbs, and the ring was falling off my finger, and looking quite used and dull.

We brought the ring back to Charlie, he checked my ring size, and about a week later the ring was ready! Not only does it fit perfectly again, but it looks BRAND NEW, like the first day I bought it! You would never be able to tell it was resized, and they polished it so it's like having a mirror on my finger! Thanks so much to Charlie and all the awesome folks at Gold Lady Jewelers!

Called this place trying to get a 3 party ring accessed. The guy basically was almost yelling bad tone to my girl that he did not want to be involved. Away long short we had it looked at by another jeweler did not end up getting it. However we did buy our ring from the NICE jeweler who helped us just under 15K your lose!

Excellent service from start to finish! We went in to get a 10 year upgrade on my engagement ring and it came out beautiful. I got the feeling after a short conversation that I could trust the Gold Lady with my wedding ring and engagement diamond. They are truly experts. Gold Lady Jewelers made a delicate repair on a necklace that has great sentimental value to me. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional, and the repair cost was very reasonable. I'm so happy to be able to wear this piece again!

The Gold Lady in Wickford Village is awesome! Recently, my husband purchased a new watch. He started having trouble with it shortly after purchase and went to the shop. They checked it out and replaced the battery; all was fine for a while. When the issue returned, he went back and the Owner, Charlie, immediately offered him a full refund or a new watch.

My husband loved the watch, so he chose that option. There was never a moment's hesitation! The new watch is working great and my husband is happy.so am I at the service we received.
