Becky was an absolute dream! When we reached out to ask if she could make a custom wedding band mere weeks before our wedding, she responded right away and immediately helped us to brainstorm what we might like. She was thoughtful and patient when helping me to talk through our vision and what was possible with my engagement ring. I was a little bit nervous that the ring wasn't going to be what I wanted, but when I saw the final product I was absolutely blown away!

It was better than I imagined and I absolutely loved it! She also cleaned my engagement ring and brought new life and meaning to these symbolic pieces of jewelry. We will absolutely be returning to Portobello Jewelers for any jewelry needs.

Becky, the manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always friendly and pleasant to work with. Portobello is on my list of must visit shops for my Newport vacations!

I am very impressed with all the jewelry on display. This is NOT the usual gem store. The proprietor has an eye for stunning accessories. I will be coming back again for future purchases. This is one of my favorite stores for jewelry.
