I am a repeat customer of Klaus' and this time I had him take a ring my dad gave to me and turn it into a slider so I can wear it as a necklace. I put complete faith in him and gave him the ring, family gold, and a picture of how I would like it to hang and he far exceeded my expectations once again. My wedding ring needed repair. The jewel came loose and fell out. They not only set it back in but also reinforced the prongs with extra rose gold to make sure it doesn't happen again. Very professional, kind, well informed in the jewelry business. I love the results!

Klaus is so incredibly talented AND such a joy to work with. My original platinum wedding band and engagement ring had some diamonds fall out (from another jeweler) and I did not love the design of them anymore. So Klaus created a new design for me that used the materials from both of the original rings and incorporated them into one very fabulous wedding band.

The pix I took do not do it justice because the stones are set in this ring purposely to look random. When I described what I wanted to Klaus, he immediately got it and said, "like the stars in the sky" which is exactly what my new ring looks like. Whenever I look at it the perspective is always new and changing but yet it is perfectly balanced always. Also, my ring is extremely comfortable to wear AND it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Truly, I would not go anywhere else for fine jewelry.

I tried many jewelers local to me in Massachusetts before I found Klaus and none of them wanted to work with my original rings/platinum. Ajour is an hour away from my home and I still would not consider going anywhere else. Klaus is working on a new project for me now and I can't wait to see the finished product!

Wonderful store with a knowledgeable jeweler. Good, not great selection. But it's an independently owned place (as far as I could tell) and it's always good to buy local! He did a repair on my wife's necklace because she always has trouble with her hair getting tangled in the chain. Now she lives tangle free.

As a wedding gift my grandmother gave me a large cocktail ring. The large design of the stone arrangement made it much to big for me to wear. Klaus saved the day by transforming it into a beautiful large teardrop pendant necklace. It is now a gorgeous heirloom that I can wear an my neck to any formal occasion. He also restructured my engagement ring from a four prong design to a six prong design to stabilize the diamond in it. His work was absolutely flawless both times.
