I can't say enough about Tebeca Jewelers. I lost a diamond in my wedding band. I was so anxious and nervous about where to bring it and about leaving it with someone. I asked for recommendations on Facebook and this was one of the suggestions. After a lot of research and reading reviews, I chose to go to Tebeca. I couldn't be happier with my decision to do so!

The owner is so nice, she made me feel very comfortable leaving my ring with her. When I picked it up a couple of days later, I couldn't believe how beautiful and perfect it looked!

The staff at Tribeca Jewelers were fantastic. Not only did get my watches up and running again, but both ladies are very charming. I recommend them to everyone!

I traded in an old gold necklace as an even exchange for some work that needed to be done on one of my rings. They didn't call me when it was done, dodged my calls for weeks, and then when I finally did go in to ask about it they said that they didn't remember me turning in any necklace and wanted to charge me for the work done to my ring. Shocked that they would accuse a customer of lying, and essentially of trying to steal.

Not sure if they really didn't remember my necklace or if they were trying to con me out of $45. My copy of the receipt even had 'NC' written on it, indicating 'No charge', and her copy didn't have that. I made it clear that I would never steal from a business and they did give me my finished ring eventually. The women who work here are nice but this was really unprofessional

It was my first time stopping into this store. Friendly and personable staff! I needed my watch battery replaced and the woman working replaced it quickly and efficiently! Very affordable too! Thank you for the positive experience! I will definitely be back.

I went there to have a pin put in my watch and have a link removed. They refused payment. I will be bringing my wifes wedding ring there fof repairs. Great people!

Great service. They were very helpful when I went to get my watch battery replacement. It is was so good I went back a week later to fix 2 more watches.

Really disappointing, do not go here! I needed my wife's ring fixed while on vacation. Normally I'd wait until I returned home but I figured a week was enough time for a small repair and the folks at this shop said no problem we can get it back in only 3 days. A week later not only have they not started on the ring but when I came in to see it. IT WAS LOST! Had to make another trip back for it.

When I did get it the work was nothing special and the ring hadn't even been polished, still having finger prints on it. Why I'm posting this review now is that a jewler here in Chicago just confirmed the ring now contains a CZ crystal. Not a diamond where the repair was done. They won't return my calls and since it's not worth getting an attorney involved, this is my only recourse. Be Warned!

Worth the Wait! After spending hours with me, outside of her normal business hours, Terry (the owner) helped me design a beautiful custom engagement ring and wedding band that turned out exactly as I had hoped and imagined. The quality and detail of her work was superb! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Terry/Tebeca Jewelers to my family and friends.

Never use this place! They over charge and are rude! They overcharged for a s/s ring to be sized down from 1 1/2 sizes and a lobster claw clasp that evidently wasn't broken only pushed in and needed to be repaired. If they were good jewelers they would have known that and just fixed the pin and not replaced the whole thing. I almost died when they told me the price.

When I went in I was told were the lowest price around. So I went across the street and checked with chiefs. And it was 1/2 of what they charged me for both jobs. I should have gone there to begin with. Then when I called back to tell them she was like bring it back I'll take it off. Guess they only like good reviews not bad. Don't be condescending to your customers

Ok so after all the great reviews I thought I try it after my usual place was closed, BOY DO I REGRET IT! Not only were they rude but I bring a 14kt gold 3mm chain in weighing 4.7 grams and get it back weighing 4.3 grams! NOT TO MENTION IT WENT IN AT 19 1/4" LONG AND CAME OUT AT 18"! ALSO HAD A NICE END CLASP THAT WAS REMOVED WITHOUT PERMISSION (never mentioned I wanted that removed ) AND REPLACED BY A CHEAP FLIMSY CIRCLE THINGY!

And every where else I went for jewelry repair was under two days! This place took TWO WEEKS! This is horrible and I feel taken advantage of! HOW DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL OF THEM! Do not trust them! Weigh and measure EVERYTHING YOU BRING THERE If u use them!

I returned to Tebeca Jewelers to have my engagement ring resized. Terry does INCREDIBLE work. I expected it to take a little while to be completed. Dana called me two days later saying it was ready to be picked up. My ring is beautiful and the price was very reasonable! I love just going in because Dana is so friendly and easy to talk to. I believe Terry is the same. Thanks once again! (I wife loved the earrings too!)

Knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure. Nice selection of unique necklaces and rings. The rainbow flag drew me in and I will be back Thanks!

Fun store to shop at, and great repair work all done there.
Was able to do most of my christmas shopping there with wide big selection of gifts and beads that fit all popular bracelets.
