Amazing people. Took my necklace there to get repaired because the clasp had broken. They are able to fix it super quickly which I appreciate and needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their future jewelry and jewelry repair needs!

I went in today and all the jewelers were extremely rude. Usually they're always on top of everything but I don't know what was wrong with them today probably won't go back.

I walked in today to get a replacement white gold earring back for my diamond earrings. I also wanted to have my wedding ring looked at, make sure prongs were holding the diamond securely. I was ignored. There were two other customers, and three people behind the counter. One customer was being served. Had I been acknowledged, I would have waited longer, but after being ignored for at least 5 minutes, I turned around and walked out. Very disappointing since Edwardsville doesn't have any other jewelers currently.

The absolute best experience! This is the only place I'll ever go to buy jewelry again. My center stone fell out of my ring at the park with my kids and I was devastated. Luckily I had insurance on it (jewelers mutual- the best!) and took it to Hudson's. From the very beginning they were reassuring and explained the process to me. After taking care of all the paperwork, I waited while they found a stone that matched.

Well to my surprise when I picked it up, due to not being able to find an exact match, they had a bigger center stone set at no additional charge, increasing my ring value by $2,000! I was shocked and so excited to say the least! They went above and beyond to make sure my ring looked exquisite. It looks better than it did brand new. She even explained details about the diamond that I didn't even know before. Amazing! Go here and you won't be disappointed! Thank you again!

OMG! Exceptional service. A friend referred me to check out John and the family. Went to a different jeweler and had already picked out a engagement ring. I Thought i would just stop at Hudson's and look around. John was about to close up for the day, but still was willing to help me out. I told him what type of ring i was looking for. He told me he had the perfect ring.

Sure enough being in there 5 min i had found the perfect ring. I canceled the other ring. Not only did i feel comfortable with their service, they made me feel like i was family John and the family Thank You!

So I just got back from Hudson Jewelers. I took my sons cross and chain to get fixed. Two of the round pieces on the cross had fallen out and the piece that holds the cross on to the chain broke. They gave me a brand new one for no charge. I was totally floored! I said wait a minute I don't owe you anything? I was expecting to just drop it off and I said that to the lady, I think she may have been the owner.

She said well Merry Christmas, which is funny because I did buy it for him 2 years ago for Christmas. Of course I said thank you and they have a customer for life! They've always been very friendly and helpful! THANK YOU AGAIN HUDSON JEWELERS!

I cannot begin to express the happiness that Hudson Jewelers gave me in the process of shopping for my now fiances ring. John, Taylor, and the team from Hudson's of Edwardsville, IL were TERRIFIC. If you are in the business looking for a ring at an AFFORDABLE price and having the ring look amazing, I would highly recommend them. They gave me a great ring, custom made at a very affordable price.

They listened to me, they gave me professional suggestions and the owner gave me his personal cell number to keep me updated with the ring. They gave me a huge discount when I came back for my personal ring and wedding bands for my fiance. Im not one too write reviews often, but when I do I received very great customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

Hudson's is absolutely amazing! I was recommended by a friend, and the experience was everything I could have hoped for and more. Everyone was very helpful and respectful. They have an amazing knowledge of the products they offer. They helped me get a beautiful engagement ring, and the fiancee absolutely loves it!

I cannot say enough good things about this jewelry store! I live in Springfield, Missouri, which is about 3.5-4 hours away. I was looking for an engagement ring and they did not disappoint! I had the pleasure of working with John and he provided attentive, personal service that you won't find at the larger chain stores. He took the time to get to know me and in the middle of one of our conversations said "I know exactly what you're looking for." The next thing I knew, he had a diamond in a setting, sent me a picture, and it indeed was exactly what I was looking for.

It was spot on and even better than what I envisioned. I will recommend Hudson Jewelers to anyone looking for a jeweler and will be going back to them again for future needs!

My wedding ring was stolen in a burglary years ago. I never replaced it, because I loved that ring so much, and was heartbroken. Anyway, we would go into Hudson's periodically and look. I got a catalog one time and found a ring that was similar to the one that was stolen. I tore the page out and saved it for several years. I had actually forgotten about it.

My husband found it in his coat pocket and took it to Hudson's. They told him they didn't carry that ring anymore. He told them our story and how important it was to me. They did some detective work and found that ring in a vault in New York! They had it shipped here and he surprised me with it for Christmas! We buy everything from Hudson's. They are wonderful!

Had the best experience here! I purchased my wedding band here on Black Friday. They had to order it in, as the one the had in store was not my size. They said it could take about a week, but it was ready for me to pickup by that Sunday! I was very impressed that they got it here in less than 2 days on a holiday weekend. Not to mention, they cleaned my engagement ring for free and were extremely nice to me and made me feel comfortable. My only regret is that I didn't purchase my engagement ring from them because I did not know about them yet!

Hudson Jewelers is a fantastic hometown jeweler. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from Hudson's 9 years ago, and have been customers ever since. Recently, we had some damage to the engagement ring, and Jane and John worked closely with me to get everything resolved WAY beyond our expectations. I just presented it to my wife (and trust me, she's very picky - Love you, Honey!), and she was extremely excited to see it better than new! Hudson's is a family-owned small business who knows how to go the extra mile. Give them a shot - you won't be disappointed!

Bought a silver necklace for my mother, and broke after wearing it twice. Went to take it back, and was treated horribly. Especially after the "rich" person before me was treated so well. Refused to give me my money back, and had the arrogance to try and sell me another.

The gentleman that helped me was so rude and snobby to me about my ring that I had not bought from them but had gone to get it repaired with them. He rudely said his comments loudly so other customers could hear and then refused to work on my jewelry anyways. I will gladly never recommend this place to anybody and never return.

My wedding ring was in dire need of repair. One diamond was missing, prongs on others were broken. The original patina had worn off! Hudsons repaired and refurbished my ring. It now looks like it did when I received it 43 years ago!

I read on Facebook and some of their other pages that they say they have "outstanding customer service". So far I have experienced very little customer service other, "I don't know" and no effort to find out more. I left my Engagement ring and class ring there to be resized. They told me it would take 7-10 days. That seems a little long for a re-sizing (really people, this is a hour long process, max), but it was free so I didn't argue. 8 days later I had my class ring back (which is a little loose and slightly larger than the size I had asked them to resize it to) and no engagement ring.

At 10 days I called them asking about my engagement ring and no they didn't know when it would be in. They made absolutely no effort to find out either or why the heck it was taking so long. It has now been 15 days and I STILL don't have my engagement ring back nor have they called me to give me any information about it. Half a month is ridiculous for a resizing. I'm really excited to explain what happened to my relatives when they see our engagement pictures (which were scheduled 11 days after I gave my ring to Hudson to ensure that I would have it back in time) without an engagement ring!

I've bought lots of jewelry from Hudson's. They have a large selection of both men's and women's jewelry have great customer service and are always willing to order what you are looking for it they don't have it in stock. My wife had her wedding ring reset last year and couldn't be happier. I would have given 5 stars but on my most recent trip (which I was wearing some old shorts and t-shirts) one of the ladies was more interested in talking with some family members than helping me. She asked someone else to help me and that person was excellent.
