As a designer with over 40 yrs of experience, she has been featured in many major news media, such as the Wall Street Journal and People Magazine and was given the title "Queen Of Crowns". Her success grew from her knack to spot a industry need in specialty crowns. She has done crowns for Mardi Gras, Pageantry, Fraternal Orders, Movie Productions, Weddings, Christenings, Proms, Statues and Universities. Later, Holly built upon that success by developing her exclusive line of crown rings and crown jewelry. With her ties to pageantry events, she brought together the best in the business to form "A Royal Retreat", a place for those seeking a state or national title to receive private pageant training. At age 45, she picked up the buzz and went out for a title herself and got it. Yet no one ever doubted it, but she got the idea doesn't everyone deserve a title? At least every Mom, so launched the "Royal Title" gift program.
A new gift concept-gift a title to yourself or some else! Presently, Holly's focus is on her website redesign, which her daughter manages. Holly reports, "We can't wait to reveal it! For a long time my business was simple word of mouth. I got a website rather late, but since then business has really picked up. Particularly with our custom crowns, as very few companies do them. We've done every type of crown you can imagine from a baby's christening crown to a crown for a monastery statue. Whatever you need we can customize it for you."

Our "Full Round Crowns" are for those queens who want a design that completely circles your royal head. They "Full Crowns" are not adjustable as with tiaras. The diameter of the base of the crown determines whether the crown sits "on top" or "wraps around the head". Crown base diameters can range from 7 inches to 8 inches.

In July, I bought a crown case at HollyHardwick.com for my pageant sister and this case fit her crown perfectly. On 8/8/19, I bought 4 more cases with the same company, however this time the cases were smaller than the dimensions listed online. Not only were the cases smaller, they also charged me more than the invoice. The total of the invoice was $461 but they charged me $476.
The website list the inside measurements as 9.5 inches Width and 6.7 inches Height; however the cases I received has the inside measurements of 8.7 inches Width and 5.5 inches Height. I contacted the owner, trying to see if she could exchange it for me. She said I need to pay my own return label plus 25% restocking fees plus extra charges if the case was not in good condition by the time she received it.
Not only that, I will need to pay another shipping fee for her to ship out the replacement. After emailing back and forth with them, the owner agreed to accept the return. According to my tracking information below, they received the merchandise I never receive my refund.

My lawyer also sent certified letter to her but it was returned because she refused to sign it. I don’t think I will get my money back therefore I wanted to let my pageant friends know so they don’t have to go through the same bad experience like I did.
