My engagement ring was two sizes too big and they resized it perfectly for a very reasonable price. I noticed a little polish left behind by the machine and they cleaned it again for free and my ring has never looked more sparkly and perfect! An old fashioned bespoke jeweler who makes really good new items. He takes pride in his work especially if he has to find matching stones. It may seem a bit of a chaotic enterprise but don't let that deter you.
