I received a diamond that was worn by my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, who both died of cancer. They were both phenomenal women, so I was honored to have this piece of jewelry. Danielle had me take the diamond and put it in a halo setting on the anniversary band I already had. It turned out beautifully. When I look at it, it makes me smile. Not only is it pleasing to the eye, but knowing these women wore it before me makes it more meaningful. Thank you for everything.

Alder's worked with my husband to design an anniversary necklace in the style of my engagement ring that incorporated the birthstones of my sons. Not an easy task but it turned out beautiful! Such a wonderful surprise. Great service and quality craftsmanship.

Got to work with Mike when picking out my engagement ring. Couldn't have found a better guy to work with. He was so knowledgeable on everything that I should be looking for in a great diamond and he was very customer-oriented, never encouraging me to try and spend more, but rather he truly wanted me to walk out with the perfect ring that was the best bang for my buck. Adler's is wonderful and Mike really is the best. My fiance has been working with Mike for years to make beautiful jewelry for me, including my engagement ring. When we came to Mike for our wedding bands, I had some heirloom diamonds I wanted to use. I had a vision and Mike did a ton of legwork for me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with the final product and can't wait to start wearing it forever and eventually pass down to our kids. Honest and reliable, Adler's is the only place we go. Truly the gold standard (pardon the pun).

We needed a jeweler to design an engagement ring and neither of us had any jewelry experience. I had some family rings that we wanted to use the materials from. We walked in and met with Mike and he was so helpful! We weren't really sure what we wanted. He pointed out the different variations and I said I wanted something simple. Instead of trying to upsell me something I didn't want, he listened and showed up different examples and explained what types of settings would work with the stones we had and what wouldn't. He helped us sell any unused metal and reuse all the stones. He was amazing! And we got exactly what we wanted with such good rates. The jeweler was so easy to work with!

I shopped around for months and dealt with several different jewelers. As time went on, it became clear to me that Adler's was doing their best to give me the best price and was willing to make sure the ring was exactly how I wanted it. Their attention to detail, quality of the diamond and ring, and customer service was outstanding!

My family has gone to Adler's for many years. Tom was great to work with and Mike went the extra mile to make sure my engagement ring was perfect! It turned out even better than expected - just stunning!

Thanks so much to Tom, Mike, and Danielle for remaking a wedding ring for my dear bride; she had been without her ring for the past 20 years since our old home was robbed. Recently I came upon a file folder with the original description and the only Polaroid picture of that ring, and decided to contact your store online about possibly making a new one. Danielle answered my inquiry quickly, handing me over to her father Tom, from whom we purchased the original ring over 30 years ago! Tom and Mike were excellent to work with via email, reviewing drawings of the ring and finding a perfect stone.

Today my bride is so overjoyed to wear her wedding ring again, to celebrate our thirtieth anniversary. We will continue doing business with our favorite jewelers, Adler's, the best anywhere.

Absolutely awful! Just sad I can't give ZERO stars! When I dropped off my ring, they made a big point of saying they'd check all the settings, but when I went to pick up my resized ring, a stone was missing! I say to the gentleman behind the corner, "a stone is missing -- didn't you see it when you checked my ring?" He says (I kid you not) -- "I'm lucky if I can see the ring, let alone the stones in it." Wait -- what? Are you kidding me?

He then goes to look for the missing stone, and I ask him some time later if I need to come back, since I don't have any more time than the half hour I've just spent waiting. He says, "it will take awhile to find it." So I leave, and five minutes later he calls to say it's fixed and can I turn around. No, I cannot turn around. They've already wasted my time -- twice-- waiting on someone to bother to take a moment to wait on me, and now I'm running late for a doctor's appointment.

When I go to pick up the ring the second time, the band is not smooth or rounded where they did the sizing. They've made a complete disaster out of my ring and I explained in great detail to the jeweler at Adler's all the things they have done. She basically blew me off, "Oh sorry." IF all this was not enough, they then charged me much more than the estimate, even after I made it clear that I was not happy at all with their service or the quality of their work.

When you've made that much of a mess of someone's ring, the LEAST you can do is give them the repair for free. Instead, they ripped me off for $50 instead of the $40 they estimated. NEVER AGAIN!

Despite the number of good reviews for Adler's, I am actually highly disappointed with the quality of work done by the jeweler. I brought my ring in to be resized and in the process of adjusting the ring, the jeweler broke the bridge of the ring. While that might be understandable because of the requested change, the way the jeweler fixed the break was beyond sloppy.

I had a visible crack in my ring that you can both see and feel. All of this without bothering to properly polish the scratch marks on the ring from resizing it. I returned the next day, asking for a refund for the cost of resizing due the damage of the ring and the owner, Tom, was quite rude. He tossed the ring the the guy who actually sized the ring who told me, "Look, this is the best I could do".

He offered to work on the ring more (which he did), but after seeing the quality of work the jeweler and Adler's were willing to put their name to, I really just wanted a refund so I could have another jeweler help us. No refund. Still can see the crack (perhaps because I know it's there). On a positive note; they sized it to the correct size, it was a reasonable price ($75) and the work was done when they said it would be.

Bought my engagement ring here. Super nice staff! They have a much bigger selection than most places I went and actually had way better prices than most places I went. Tom is who I worked with and he gave me plenty of options and did all he could to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this place and i already plan on coming back for future jewelry wants.

I came to Adlers by referral from my brother's wife's friend after "my friend in the diamond business" wouldn't customize any rings the way I wanted (I wanted to replace all the little side diamonds with multi colored stones). When I talked to Mike at Adler's and he said "we can do anything you want" I was sold haha. They can create a 3d image of a ring that is fully designed by you, or they can take ideas from sample photos etc, and cast the ring in whatever metal.

I ended up picking a ring style from this massive ring design book, they ordered the ring in with no stones in it, then they ordered in multicolor sapphires which I picked out and arranged into a pattern that I liked. Then they set those sapphires & the center stone into the ring. I absolutely love it, it's exactly what I pictured in my mind.

If you want something custom, or even an existing style save yourself the hassle of dealing with the hard sale at you know where and get a truly original ring from Adler's!

I don't have enough experience with jewelers to know what comprises good prices, etc, but I was very pleased with what work I have had done here (eg, resizing bands, changing watch batteries, etc). They seem honest and like they have their customers' best interests in mind. In my case they made the adjustments while I was there waiting and were very willing to work with me when I came back to get something slightly readjusted. Shop is clean and organized.

Nice inventory of high quality jewelry. Amazing custom work and design. Unparalleled service and expertise. I won't go anywhere else!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike! He sat with my fiance for a few hours customizing the ring he wanted for me. When they didn't have the diamond that he wanted, he ordered him options to look at! It is beautiful & I get compliments on it all the time. We were referred to him by family members & will never go anywhere else! Not only is his customer service amazing, but his kind heart radiates through! Recently purchased an engagement ring from Adler's and can't say enough good things about the service we received. Like many other reviewers on here, i dealt with Mike who was really fantastic. He does his best to sell you the ring that you want, that fits your style and budget, rather than what would be in his best interests profit wise.

He explained everything that we needed to know about ring/stone quality in detail, why people value certain attributes etc. This was great because again, it helped us pick out what worked for us, not what's currently in vogue. We had to order in our band, and while it was significantly delayed (through no fault of Adler's), Mike provided timely information about the status of the ring.

When he says he'll call you on Thursday at 2, he will call you on Thursday at 2. He was extremely apologetic about the delay, and his service ultimately made up for our disappointment in waiting. If you want to purchase some jewelry in a friendly, relaxed, non-judgmental family-owned business, and you want to avoid the slick service found in lots of other places, then check this place out, i'd highly recommend it!

We found Adler's Jewelers so we could resize my husband's wedding ring. They were professional, the store was clean, the prices were very fair, and they did the job in 2 days. We are very pleased with their service, and would recommend them to others seeking the same.

I'm not a big "reviewer" but Adlers (More specifically Mike) deserves a 5 star rating! Adlers has been my family's goto jeweler for better than 20 years. About 16 years ago (when Adlers was downtown) I was looking to buy my wife's engagement ring and my uncle told me to go see Mike. I bought that ring because they had great prices but even better service.

I always feel like I'm getting a good deal. Recently I needed to have that ring repaired and cleaned. When I walked in the door Mike recognized my wife and I as if we go in there every week! He took care of us once again and low and behold we bought another ring! I couldn't be happier to call Adlers (Mike) my jeweler. You'd be silly not to give them a shot! Ask for MIKE!

Simple. Brought in ring purchased elsewhere for resizing. Went to pick it up. Gentleman whom worked there decided to tell me and my fiance that the ring was poorly made and most likely set by blind people and he would have never taken the job if he knew it was going to be that much trouble. I had to exit the store because of my frustration. I guess another nicer gentleman overheard and apologized to my fiance for his co-workers comments. The damage was already done. We won't be back. Edit: The quality of the resizing is great. Owner called to apologize. They refunded the cost of the sizing.

I've shopped at Adler's for an engagement ring, wedding rings and most recently a couple of more rings for my wife. Tommy, Mike and the entire staff are so great to work with. It's like dealing with family when you shop there. Great communication, follow through, honesty, etc. I cannot give Adler's high enough marks.
