I took my chain here to get it repaired, I was expecting it to take a few days like the last place I took it to who I won't mention they called me an hour later and said it was ready! And it was fixed right this time nor did they overcharge me. "Friendly, Professional and Reasonable" I'm a forever customer

My daughter purchased a bracelet from this store, as soon as she placed it on her wrist it fell off and broke. The bracelet literally just broke, the material is obviously poor quality. I advised her to return the item, upon returning the man who worked there denied her return and advised her he would fix the bracelet for free instead. My daughter was displeased with this because this is the second bracelet she purchased from this location that broke. I advised her to not patronize this place any longer.
