I have been going to this jeweler for many years and will continue. I recently converted jewelry to a pendant. I am very pleased with how it turned out. The piece is of high quality and design. Lisa and Ahee's team took extra care to create a stunning pendant for me. I commend Lisa for her professionalism and care. I would highly recommend this jeweler!

My fiance and i created my engagement ring here and had the best experience. They made it so easy and were always available to answer any questions and work with us. I am super happy with the outcome and the beautiful final product that was created. Thanks so much! And also, even when I mentioned possibly making modifications to the final product later down the road, I was told that what I was thinking about could be done! All around great quality and excellent service focused around their customer.

I was shopping around for months and went in 2 times before making my big purchase. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I came in and was polite and respectful and they returned that same attitude. They are very easy to talk to and I didn't feel intimidated or persuaded by them. I will 100 percent return for my next purchase. Oh and they were great on pricing as well. 5 stars all day long!

I've been in a lot of watch shops in NYC, Southern California, and Michigan but this is the first one I've really, really enjoyed. I was looking at their nice selection of Pateks and made it abundantly clear I wasn't planning on buying for at least 6 months, most likely more. In other shops I either get brushed off after saying this or given maybe 20 minutes of service at the most. Ahee didn't do this.
The salesman not only took the time to show me all the watches I wanted to see, he told me interesting stories about his time in the watch industry, news I didn't see on the Internet until much later, and was very well informed of what he had to offer and what existed in the market place. Even after I was disappointed with the watch I came in initially to look at, that he removed from the plastic it comes in to show me, he was pleasant and held my attention until another caught my eye.
Not because he was pushy and pulled it out, but just because it caught my glance. Meanwhile no one gave my wife a hard time over our newborn being infatuated with the full length mirror. I plan on buying my grail watch from here. It's a great shop.

I was a new customer at ahee. I dealt directly with one of the owners, Peter Ahee. The only time he was respectful to me was when he was taking my money. I first called and spoke with John Ahee, his brother and negotiated the price for a watch they didn't even have instock and had to order it, 1 patek Philippe nautilus complication watch and one Rolex watch, for a combined purchase price of over 50 thousand.
Bad on communication, watch took longer to come in than quoted. Only thing he was quick about was taking my money. He also owed me a couple thousand in return for something I traded in, he said in the beginning of the purchase he would mail me a check for the difference owed. Fast forward 2 months later, still no check. It came down to me chasing ahee for the money owed.
After I told Peter, I will start charging interest if I do not get the difference owed soon. 4 days later I received a check that was from some person I don't even know (I assume the dealer he sold the piece I traded in to) So how professional is that after a serious buyer comes in and spends this kind of money in his store? Not to mention that the patek he sold me had dust contamination inside of it and dealing with Peter Ahee for the repairs was a nightmare.
At one point he raised a voice to me and I told him " I don't know who you think you are, but I don't work for you, so don't ever speak to me like that again." So my question to the readers is, if this is the way he treats the high dollar customers, how would he treat someone who is just buying something simple like a small gift item?
They are a disgrace to their profession and completely incompetent in knowing how to treat customers. Un classy, uneducated type of behavior. The sons are ruining the family name that took so many years to build and you also lost thousands of dollars in future purchases from me annually. The only person you hurt is yourself. Good job Ace.

We have been going to Ahee for a very long time. Their selection, professional staff, and HONESTY is unrivaled we have marked all of Our special moments as well as sold outdated estate pieces to them. I really cannot say enough great things about our experiences with everyone at the store, that have become almost family over the years!

I was a customer for many years here. I had one bad experience a while back, so I over looked it. BUT.this last episode will be the last time I ever go to Ahee's Cookies or no cookies Brought my wife's Cartier watch in for a new band.this is an expensive Watch, so when I received a price of 250.00 I thought.hmmmmm OK.not happy about a 250.00 band I let it go. Received the watch back.and it didn't work.
I asked if they could take a look since an expensive watch with a new band is useless if it doesn't work. They took it to the "Back Room" that's where all the heavy thinking happens, And then informed me that Mr. Mathes.your watch is seized up and Has to back to the factory for a complete rebuild. I'm thinking, my wife rarely wears this watch.never been exposed to any Moister.how in the hell does it need a rebuild?
I declined.it just didn't feel right. A couple weeks later. I had some watches that needed batteries. At the last minute I grabbed the Cartier Along with my other watches and took them to Watch & Clock. On 10 Mile road. He called me the next day to pick them up and not to my Surprise. I asked how is the Cartier.did the battery do it?.he said yes!
All it needed was a battery and charged me 5.00! I called Lisa at the store some time later told her what happened, she Did not deny it.she just said sorry.and told her I would never trust This over priced distrustful dealer that knew me personally. Beware of this store.they have a very smooth operation, but your Jeweler.your Doctor.without trust their is no business from me. Bad mojo here.

My husband bought a pair of earrings and a ruby bracelet for me from this store which broke after two years of use. My own personal experience has been satisfactory at best. Staff could be nicer and less condescending. My husband still buys jewelry for me from here as the store is near and convenient for him.

What a classy place! First time there this past weekend and was treated with such a down-to-earth respect from the moment I entered (even tho I suddenly felt too casually dressed) I cant wait to go back. Somehow already know this will be my life-long jeweler, and don't even have my finished product yet. (Custom designed ring) Awesome family business! All who enter will feel rich leaving. With or without a purchase.

Been in the market a long time for a new Sea-Dweller Deepsea 116660, and when I came upon Ahee, not only did I decide 100% that I was going to purchase from them, but I truly enjoyed the process. They kept it simple, and the staff wasn't pushy, or salesy, they were friendly. I know it sounds cliche, but the entire team's way of communicating and working with you just made you feel like you were a longtime friend.
Their knowledge was topnotch, and I even tried quizzing them on some little-known Rolex trivia and they passed with flying colors. You can only get this type of experience from a place that has been family owned for decades, because they know it's just not the sale and the money they are concerned about, it's the reputation of the family name.
I visited the showroom with a friend of mine along with his wife, and Anthony Ahee even offered to polish and resize her engagement ring on the house. Just like that. You don't put your family name on the building and keep it there for 50 years unless you live and breathe the highest levels of integrity. Needless to say, I bought my Sea Dweller Deepsea at a great price, but most importantly, I am happy to know I can confidently refer anyone in my family or close friends to them. Regardless of where I am in the world, when it's time to trade-up or make the next purchase, I will surely be back to Ahee.

I just want to say I have dealt with many Jewelry stores and each time it was a nightmare until someone recommended that I try Ahee. This is the second time I have had my wedding rings designed by Ahee the first time I wanted something simple and for my 30th Anniversary I wanted something that said WOW. Well I got my WOW. The whole process from start to finish was amazing.
They are TRULY very professional from start to finish and you get what you pay for. I will NEVER deal with another Jewelry Co. except Ahee as they are Truly the BEST in the business.
