I dropped my ring off for repairs and felt very satisfied with how quickly Brett greeted me and how nice she was. Now that I picked up my ring, I am so satisfied with the quality work that was done. I chose this jeweler because it is located close to my work and I saw good reviews regarding restoration. I was pleased with my decision. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Although the work I had done seemed pricey, I cannot say that it was unreasonable and the result was definitely satisfactory. I had a 1920s white gold filigree ring that belonged to my great grandmother and had been cut off of her at some point. Chantelle restored the ring and sized it for me. The shaft was replaced in what appears to me to be a seamless manner, blending from the decorative work to a smooth band.

There I was stuck, looking for a jewelry repair that I could trust to resize my nugget bracelet. I found myself at Chantelle Jewelers and boy am I glad I did! Don't let the size of the shop fool you, they mean business! The sizing was affordable and done next day. Very informative and quoted me on the spot! Would definitely recommend and plan to bring more jewelry to them in the near future.
