No experience with the store people. I DO however CRINGE whenever I drive by. The US and Michigan flags are in SHREDS! Please take them down ASAP. Its unamerican! Any Boy Scout troop or Veterans groups would be happy to help dispose of them respectfully. Please and Thank you.

The owner lied to me. I drive 1 hour to make a deal, which the details of were agreed upon and when I got there he changed the price on me. Why would I lie?

John Marrella the owner is a fine upstanding gentleman, and a man of his word. I came to the store asking for some assistance with my mothers estate, and he was very helpful. Not only was he kind and courteous, but he paid me far more than any other offers I received from other shops along Woodward Ave. I would highly recommend the store to anyone. I have shopped at marrella and co MANY times! We purchased our wedding rings here and found not only a beautiful selection, but a wonderful experience. No annoying, pushy sales tactics, just truly an interest in making sure that we were happy with our rings. We purchased my diamond here, and through comparison shopping, I know we received the best price.

I can't say enough good things about this store. I'm a young college student and of all the places I went looking for an engagement ring I felt I was treated with the most respect here. I settled on a custom piece and couldn't be happier with the finished ring. Thank you for such great service and for treating me so fairly.

I strongly recommend visiting. I have made purchases here for the last handful of years, buying everything from a necklace to engagement ring. I have never met a store owner as generous with their time as John is - while shopping for an engagement ring I spent hours in the store discussing stone and band options. I was thrilled with the service I received and, more importantly, my fiance is thrilled with the ring on her finger.

The prices and selection are great with both timeless and contemporary pieces. I have since recommended their services to friends and family, all of which who have been as pleased with the services as I have. I am lucky to have stumbled upon this gem a handful of years ago and I look forward to many more visits to come.

The guys a con artist. Don't go in here unless you want to get ripped off. Any ones that has had a pleasant experience with the owner is because you were giving him money and he was being nice. Otherwise he is rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Stay away.

The owner seems to be a nice guy, it's nice to see a family owned and operated business in the area. My child was in with me and was interested in the process, so they made it a point to include her in the sale (asking her opinion, etc) so that she felt important. which meant a lot to me :). Service was great and I was taken care of promptly, I will be returning.
