I have been a patron of Danielson's Jewelers in Redmond for almost 30 years. The prices have always been high, but the convenience of location seemed worth it. What has happened to the service/prices in the past year? Today was the last straw. I took a sterling silver ring in to be sized from 6 to 7. Just a month ago the price was $35.00. Today the quote was $55.00! When questioned, I got some lame excuse of "The effort is the same as gold." Seriously? NO THANK YOU. What a rip-off!

They damaged my ring My ring was sized to a 5.5 I have papers to show this from zales after having my ring cut off (no metal loss) I took it to get an estimate from Danielson jewelers I did Not authorize them to do anything other than look at it upon receiving my ring back it has a very noticeable yellow tint which it didn't have before and it's barley a size 5!

The cuts didn't match up anymore either I'm so upset I wish I had never trusted this place. They bend my ring back to its original shape and when I got it back it has a second noticeable crack through the wedding ring (was not there before) I walked into this place with a white gold not gold tinted ring size 5.5 left with a yellow tinted ring in size 5 when I mentioned this to the counter attendant she was soo clueless and not at all helpful not that I would ever let this place touch any of my jewlery ever again

My wife took her ring in for a estimate when she got it back they had cracked through her engagement ring and more than doubled the amount of damage to her ring when i saw it I was so shocked they could do this we did not give them any authorization to do anything to our ring much less damage it when confronted about it they were very rude and said they had been in business so many years I dont understand how a place could be so unethical

They did a really nice job repairing my wedding ring! Their pricing is great with very nice customer service.

Bought two watches here and got amazing advice and product. If watches are your thing, you won't find a more knowledgeable watchmaker in the area.
