The staff here is wonderful. There is no pressure to buy anything. Their jewelry is spectacular and their prices surprised me with how reasonable they were. Theresa was very understanding of my budget and she seemed quite pleased to find me a ring that wasn't the most expensive one they had. They didn't ask me how much I make, they didn't try to divert me to more expensive rings, they just sold me an amazing peice of jewelry for what most would consider a fair price.

Theresa was super helpful when I came in to sell my wedding set. They did not end up purchasing it but referred me to who did and gave me a ring box to help my set look more presentable.

Wonderful staff. I went in to sell a ring that I no longer wore and purchase a set of earrings. They had a large selection and there was absolutely no pressure- just friendly assistance. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the process of how they determined the value of the gold in the ring I was selling. It was like I was taking a class. Top notch staff and lots of interesting pieces in a clean shop.

The store is warm and friendly, and the staff are very nice to work with - professional, upfront, and fair. I was able to sell an old piece of jewelry I didn't wear anymore, and saw some really pretty pieces that I just might need to come home with me. I will definitely head back to shop when I'm ready to buy something new!

This was the only jeweler that my Fiance and I visited where sales people didn't pressure you to buy a ring immediately. Ben let us browse their collection pressure free and then offered to hold the ring we had been considering so that we could have time to think on our decision. We returned two days later and bought the ring. Ben was awesome to work with and never tried to make us buy anything before we were ready. We had such an awesome experience and cannot wait to go back and design the wedding band with them!

Very professional and friendly service. It's family owned and feels like a friend that is helping as opposed to a loan shop. The jeweler selection is small but the quality is very good! I would recommend this establishment for loans and jeweler my shopping!

So I went here with reservations because it's always embarrassing admitting you need a little help. But when I walked in the door (after being buzzed in) everyone was super nice and friendly. Ben took care of me right away no fuss no muss just get it done. It was an awesome experience and I will be back not only for my stuff but to purchase new things in the future. I stopped in to look at their stock as well as see how much they would offer me for an old ring that I had grown unattached to. The staff was professional, friendly, and above all, honest. The retail area was clean and had quite a few pieces of fine jewelry that I was interested in. They had a bit of everything, from rings, earrings, and necklaces to watches and more artistic pieces. Long story short, I had a great experience and will be checking out their selection every few months going forward. Great stuff!

This is the only place I go to for any jewelry needs. I've worked with Ben on multiple occasions and he is always attentive and patient. My parents are also long-time customers and have never had a complaint; only great things to say. They are a family owned business and care about their customers.

OMG. I somehow stumbled into this business on a referral from a very kind and knowledgeable Yelp-er named Ashley, and MIchael and Maslow from Era Gem. This is the best jewelry store I have ever seen! The merchandise is stunning and high quality. I generally walk into jewelry stores and see a few pieces I would love to own. Not in this store-I love every single thing they have displayed.

They feature the rarest of bracelets and rings that are totally statement pieces. Best of all the prices for their pieces are at least 1/2 lower than what you would find anywhere else.if it is even possible you could find even 1/3 of this amazing one -of -a-kind-merchandise in one place. Parking is plentiful and the employees couldn't be more honest, straightforward and knowledgeable.

I went in looking to sell a few very high quality pieces and they offered me great prices. If you are in the market to buy any piece of jewelry you have to come here first or you will end up kicking yourself for getting ripped off somewhere else. Their website doesn't do their inventory justice, you have to go in and check it out. They are completely no pressure/ no stress and happy to give u honest advice.

If you are anywhere in the greater Seattle area looking to buy or sell jewelry, you have to come here first. There are several other stores who always run adds and radio commercials and that I was familiar with, however, after reading several horrible yelp reviews and negative feedback from my friends, I decided not to go to those two chain stores. I am so grateful to Yelp-er Ashley for the referral to the great guys at Diamond Banque.

Visiting from out of state and just happen to find it on Yelp. Great location, easy to find and parking available. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere, family owned business. Great selection of pre-owned jewelry and watches. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. I found a gorgeous ring online and called them about it. They worked with me on the price and shipped it out the very next day. They even called me to make sure I liked it. They are a great family run business and I highly recommend them.

Just received my ring from them had a few snags with PayPal but Joel really helped and took care of it great experience from a good store, still trying to negotiate something else from the store lol, there legitimate and trustworthy.

I love pawn shops for their used jewelry. This is where you get the best prices and can sometimes find neat pieces of quality antique/vintage jewelry. So this is exactly why I've been a longtime Diamond Banque customer (I''m not related to to the owners/staff, nor are we personal friends or coworkers.). The cool thing about this place is that they sell very little other than jewelry -- no racks of old CDs or tools or household appliances.

They moved a while ago to the NE 8th St location, and their shop looks just like a regular jewelry store -- but with much better prices. Surprise! Somehow they've grown a clientele that either pawns or sells them really high quality stuff -- lots of sizable diamonds, rubies, sapphires, etc. I've never pawned there so I don't know how much they pay.

But i have purchased numerous items there and their prices are great! Recently got 2 nice pairs of sterling earrings for $5 each. One pair, I know, would cost at least $60 in a regular store. (Also, this shop in unusual in that it offers sterling jewelry. Many pawn shops don't -- a mistake, I think.) The people who work there have always been very pleasant and patient with me -- even when I'm only spending $10.

Love the Diamond Banque. I'd definitely check out this place if I were in the market for an engagement ring or other piece of fine jewelry. Or better-quality costume jewelry. It's well worth a look.

First off, this is an actual customer and a recent dealing with Diamond Banque. It does help that I used to be in the wholesale gem and jewelry industry 29 years ago and thought I recognized the names of the owners and one employee. It was the same people we dealt with back then but I didn't bring that up first when wanting to sell some old jewelry and clean out what I just never wore or didn't care for.

The building is clean, has good natural lighting, the display cases aren't cluttered and everyone is helpful on each piece - we made small piles since some was 18kYG, some had nice but smaller precious gems and some were 14kYG that is more common. Every piece was weighed properly (zero out the tare) and tested properly as well, no fast talking or chatter about other buyers.

I also had so much it was easier to put them in separate piles and I was told if I wanted to keep something.and urged to think about it first, I could pull it back and it was simply subtracted from that pile. Since I know at least two of the staff are "old school" who really do know the jewelry industry, both wholesale and retail, it made it a lot easier to clean out what I really didn't want.

I left not feeling beat up and had a check for about $100 less than what I'd paid for it back in the 80's and was surprised how much higher they paid for both gold and gemstones compared to other places locally. They were honest, very fair and very easy to do business with but I expected that since they have been around for a long time. You get run out of business if you don't treat your customers right and are too high on selling price and too low on buying price as well as not being pleasant to deal with or don't know the jewelry industry. I'll go back again since I'm looking for a specific ring and they agreed what they had at the time didn't match the earrings that will go with it. If you really want the best price, knowledge and treatment don't pass them up. Stop by first and let them help you decide what is best for you.

I was driving down NE 8th in downtown Bellevue and saw Diamond Banque's sign that said they buy gold jewelry so I stopped in. I had been to several other places looking to sell my gold and they were so high pressure that I felt like they were trying to rip me off. So I didn't have high expectations of this place either, however, I was surprised at how low key and nice Ron was when he appraised my gold jewelry.

He told me that they had been buying jewelry and diamonds for nearly 30 years in Bellevue so they didn't need to make a killing on each transaction like all the new gold buying places that have popped up. He said they are a full service jewelry store and pawn shop so they don't melt down most of the jewelry that they buy. They resell it and they also make their money in other ways. He was right because his offer was much better than the other places so I sold all of my gold jewelry to him. It was a good experience and I recommend them.

Don't let the exterior of this place fool you. It's a jewelry lovers paradise. To put it simply, they offer pawn loans on high quality jewelry and resell at great prices. It is family owned and operated. This is one of my favorite places to go in this area. From what I was told, they occasionally purchase cars.
