My ring was in need of recents ring the main stone and they retipped the ring. I had 6 pave stones missing and found out the ring needed to be re-rounded (all new terms for me) due to wearing during crafting/working out. We thought the repairs would take longer but they were done in a week and the work was more affordable than other jewelers had quoted. I am thrilled with the appearance of the ring. It looks as good as new and I will be using this jeweler in the future for all repairs as they come up. Highly recommend!

Had recently purchased a European watch online (not at J Lewis) and a couple of the screws fell out causing the watch band to become dislodged. The Manufacturer was NOT at all helpful in getting me the correct screws, but J Lewis went out-of-their-way to help me find the right parts and get the watch repaired. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely shop there for future jewelry and watch needs.

Juliana is such an amazing artist! She created all of the jewelry pieces for my wedding day and she brought my visions to life. Her pieces are amazing quality and super affordable. I was shocked at how affordable they are given how much time she spends on them.

My husband and I shopped at many jewelers for our wedding rings. The moment we walked into J. Lewis the atmosphere just felt different than others and we knew this was where we were going to purchase. Since it's been quite awhile since we've gotten married unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady who assisted us from the moment we stepped inside the store.

She was too notch! It felt as though she was trying to answer questions and make sure we were educated on different rings, metals and diamond qualities. She gave no pressure and that's what we found different from other jewelry stores and appreciated. We have recommended J. Lewis to others, one of our friends went in and also purchased due to the friendly staff and no pressure. If this is what you're looking for, then J.Lewis is your place to go!

The staff working herev are so nice and polite. I came here to have my watch batteries replaced, and they cleaned my ring for free. I'll definltey return to this store. Very pleasant experience as a customer.

My wife and I really liked a wedding ring we saw while visiting. The team was able to locate it over the phone and mail it. Also they followed up with an appraisal and sized it at no charge. We love them and are grateful for all their help.

I take my jewelry repairs to J. Lewis regularly and am very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and artistry. The ladies are all delightful. I am showing a picture of a vintage articulating fish pendant in rose and yellow gold. The jeweler repaired a pin to reattached the tail, he also set diamonds in the eyes with teeny tiny prongs.

We love this jeweler. Very customer oriented and great service. We've had a ring resized and were very pleased.

Highly recommended! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. They are always super attentive, fast and efficient when it comes to their work! Recently went in to replace a small diamond that was lost in my wedding ring. Alexandra took great care of me and repaired it like brand new. They had it repaired in 3 days and also polished it making it look better than ever. Highly recommend their services. By far one of my favorite jewelers!

The best quality, service and selection anywhere in this state. We love Jill Lewis and her attention to excellence. I have purchased numerous items from her store over the past five years. She has a very large selection and the best diamonds you can ask for. A top notch shop and a hidden gem in Bellevue.

I don't give out 5 star reviews often but J Lewis deserves it! We have been in multiple times for various reasons, resizing, cleaning and having a custom wedding band made to match the very uniquely shaped engagement ring for my wife. We mostly worked with Jill but all the staff is super helpful, pleasant and great to deal with. Prices are also very reasonable compared to some of the other big and not so big name jewelers around.

We were extremely impressed with the price quoted for the custom wedding band. We received quotes that were 1.5x more with much longer lead times. They do work in house which is great! I can't recommend J Lewis enough and have already referred family and friends to them.

I was referred to J Lewis Jewelry by my parents who have done business with them for many years and are very happy with the service and quality of artisanship. After getting my fiance's engagement ring through them, I can see why they've continued to work with JLJ after all these years. The value is excellent and you get all the perks of working with a local family owned and operated business. I've already recommended them to a buddy who also needed an engagement ring and his experienced mirrored mine. If I were to do the process all over, I wouldn't change a thing!

Jill helped my husband pick a beautiful diamond and then helped me design the engagement ring band to match the wedding band. She's very knowledgeable and the experience wasn't stressful but fun. Would never buy jewelry anywhere else. Their quality is unmatched.

I love J Lewis Jewelry! I went here a while ago to get my girlfriend (at the time lol) some jewelry for a special occasion. I worked with Kristin, who was very nice and knowledgable with what was "in" and what my girlfriend might like. Kristin showed me what was in my budget and different options/pairings I could get inside of that. Overall it was a great experience since the moment I walked in, to the moment I left.

My girlfriend loved the jewelry I got her. If I ever want to get some custom bling or another gift for a special someone, this is definitely the first place I'll go. All in all, great customer service, knowledge and everything I would want at a jewelry store.

Jill is an artist, she custom designed my engagement ring. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I receive complements daily. When she designs her jewelry she puts her heart into it and obviously loves what she does, as it shows in every piece of jewelry she creates. I can only imagine just how beautiful our wedding bands will be. It is really incredible to know that my ring is one of a kind. I can't thank her enough for creating such a beautiful and timeless ring that I will cherish for many years to come!
